I visited the office before my double hip surgery (recommended by Dr. Higgins office). Honestly, seemed somewhat sparse of equipment but again, I had nothing to compare it to and so I was skeptical. I decided to try them, and Rob became my PT; and I was impressed. Before we did a lot of exercises he wanted to know more about my surgery, how I was feeling, and observed how I walked. He was instrumental in helping me recover from my surgery and counseled me on trying to do too much too fast. He was concerned because of my impatience, I would reinjure myself. He also helped me learn to walk without a limp, which I had due to my painful hips before surgery. Bottom line I was impressed and glad I used their service.

The counselors, techs, and nurses met us where we were and gave us the support they need. My counselor was very beneficial to me, I wish I could see them now after leaving the facility. I always felt safe with the nurses and the techs; when I would report a concern about a med, etc. to a nurse they were receptive and listened. Admissions team was really helpful and answered all of my questions. I can't say enough good things about this place. It changed my life.
