All the staff are nice and friendly, and follow up on your outside needs. I love these girl's, they're so nice and seem to know what they're doing. I I'm excited to get started again. I purchased compression garments (socks) on Nov 01, 2018 at Benchmark office. These garments came…read morewith a 6 month warranty. Approximately 01 March 2019, (4 months later, 2 months before 6 month warranty expiration) I notified the Benchmark office via phone there was a problem with the garments, and was told they would have management contact me. I received no call back or response despite several more calls and emails. I therefore emailed an image of the faulty sock to the Benchmark office on 22 March 2019 for documentation of complaint. After encountering well over a month of stall tactics from the Benchmark office, I am now being told the warranty period has expired thus making the warranty void. Considering this and other deceptive practices encountered I would not recommend this business.
