They made up stuff I was referred by a neurologist due to my hands not working and shaking thoughts of it being from a recent c spine fusion. When I was discharged they told me that since I had been a patient that I could continue to come and work out there any time I needed to for 30$ a month.It's called the "Step Down " program. So I took advantage of that since there were three physical therapists to consult with and all the equipment I needed. I'm 74 and since that time I developed arthritis in my lower back, plus 2 bulging discs. They gave me exercises and stretches to deal with those issues and I am a lot better off. I was up to 1800 mg of Tylenol a day and now I'm down to 500 mg every 36 hours or so. Being able to manage the aches and pains is both a physical and psychological relief. I also had a bout with Vertigo and my sciatic nerve started acting up. They got me through that effectively. I can't say enough how much better my life has been because of these experiences and professional help. Also, there is a joke of the day. Some better than others but it really is a happy place. I did try to talk to my therapist about as I have had PT in past and the appointment was spent with ME, no one else. Many PT's have been bought by mega company. They have decided 2 at a time was acceptable. I refused that service. I now have 4 weeks of PT left and will be using another place that still has ONE ON ONE. I SPENT HALF MY TIME WAITING TO BEGIN ANOTHER EXERCISE WHILE THE OTHER PATIENT WAS BEING WORKED WITH. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. JUST A HEADS UP, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SETTLE FOR LESS.. LIKE THERAPIST FINE.

Front desk service is always friendly, efficient and helpful…read more I've come more than 20 times between me and my youngest and the front desk service has been consistent. As for the doctors, I adore and trust Dr. Sanders. He did surgery on both of my shoulders, with no complications, now and I have full mobility. I give it 3 stars bc 1. the walk in clinic relies on xrays, even for soft tissue damage and over relies on physical therapy. They are extremely conservative with teen soft tissue injuries and I hate to see my own child and other teens lose months of their lives being active bc they are limited by the pain. And 2. Both of my hip and knee pain from injuries was not taken as seriously (in regards to medical intervention) as it felt. Just be aware that you have to be your child's advocate and pursue second opinions.

I highly recommend this office in Hixson. I had headaches for 3 weeks. She did x-rays and explained everything going on. And in one visit of a adjustment. I felt so much better.
