I used the digital check in, they said they "didn't know I was there" and Ms. Simpson cancelled my appointment while I was in the waiting room. I got upset and was told I had to reschedule. Not long after, I received a certified letter in the mail from Erin Simpson, NP, kicking me out of the group as a patient. Very Disappointing.

This doctor gave up on me about 6 years ago when I kept going to her office complaining of right…read moreside flank pain and constant nausea. She never ordered any tests and finally one say said "Well I don't know what you want ME to do about it..." I had no insurance, so I have a feeling I was treated FAR differently than someone who was insured. As it turned out, I went to my Dad's G.I. doctor who took one look at me, ordered tests and a CT scan, and ultimately SAVED MY LIFE. I had KIDNEY CANCER!!! This woman just shrugged me off, uncaring, and not interested in helping. She just kept prescribing pain narcotics and nausea meds. I told her I wanted to find out what was CAUSING my problems, not throw a bunch of pills at it. She just completely wrote me off and had it not been for my Dad's insistence upon seeing another doctor, I might not be here to write this review. I haven't come forward until now because my emotions were far too raw - but this woman could have let me die, and I feel like others should know. Oh, and I saw her husband on one of my appointments when she couldn't see me. The man stayed on his mobile phone during about 90 percent of his time with me. Nope. Not a very warm and fuzzy feeling from this place. I'm so glad I listened to my father and went elsewhere. I'm now 5.5 years cancer free.

I'm going in as a new patient to see Doctor Wang. I checked in at the front desk, (not a computer)…read morehad a lovely conversation with the front desk staff and took my seat. The nurse called me back about10 minutes later and performed the normal procedures, weighing, height, blood oxygen levels, etc... Dr. Wang came in about 5 minutes later. He is a friendly man and wants to hear about your health, history and lifestyle. I never felt rushed and he was easy to talk to. He explained his methods of care, his rating on what you are doing now, and any changes of action that is easy to understand. He said he wanted lab work and it could be performed on site! Wow! No fasting, no going to some lab, no waiting! The whole appointment was just over an hour and I'm done! The next day I received an email with my lab results and what he want to tweak! That was so quick! I am very impressed with the entire practice from the ample parking, and friendly staff, to the attentive nurses and doctors to the painless quick lab facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor. Truly a medical practice like is should be!

My second attempt,…read moreI left work early to go to my rescheduled appointment day and time and they had a note up saying closed for inclement weather but there was no attempt to even contact me and I still received my check-in notification by email. I never should have given them a second chance and I'm taking my family elsewhere in the future.
