He's been doing HVAC about six years and recently went out on his own, and it shows. He takes real pride in the work and clearly knew exactly what he was looking at. Beyond the repair, he's just a genuinely good guy. Charismatic, easy to talk to, and he explained what was going on without talking down to me or trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. That's a rare combination in home services. If you're in Tucson and need HVAC help, call Leo. I'll absolutely be using him again.

Leo was finishing up a job and came right out from across town to Green Valley for us. He did several services and finally got us up and going. That night the Thermostat went blank, A/C shutoff. Leo said he would come out early in the mornin, before his first Appointment, and have a look. He was able to find the problem up in the attic, and get us up and running. We are now contemplating a New System, and of course we will go with him. The company is very sharp, and we know they went way overboard in helping us in such short order. I was amazed the problems kept coming up, and he got them handled at a VERY FAIR PRICE. Thank you Enrichment. Thank you Leo.

They did not want to even consider any form of warranty. What is the point of using a professional plumbing company that charges so much for toilet installation and then it does not even last a couple of years. The toilet does not even flush. And they also were not able to give me an appointment for a week or so out. Needless I I say I will not be using them for any on my properties, nor will I use them for other services or HVAC due to this poor customer service. Poor value!

Title: Beyond Disappointed…read more I rarely leave reviews, but what I've gone through with Fusion Air and Plumbing has been heartbreaking and financially devastating, and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. I hired them to install a brand-new air-conditioning system in December 2024. I trusted them. Instead, I ended up with a faulty A/C fan that ran nonstop, caused my home to stay extremely uncomfortable, and left me with an electric bill that skyrocketed to nearly $5,000. When I called Fusion for help, I explained that the electric company believed the issue was most likely a fan that wouldn't shut off. Instead of addressing that, Fusion charged me 2000 dollars to remove an old, already-disconnected swamp cooler from my roof. They assured me that was the cause of my crisis. I didn't know any better, and I believed them--because I had no reason not to. But the bills kept climbing. The stress was overwhelming. I called again, desperate for answers, and only then did the technician admit the obvious: the fan they installed was the problem all along. They replaced it, but the damage--financially and emotionally--was already done. What has hurt the most is the complete silence from the owner, Sean Stewart. I provided copies of my electric bills. I asked for a phone call. I wrote letters. I called again and again. He never responded--not once. Not even an acknowledgment. Since July 2025, I've been struggling under thousands of dollars of debt from a situation that should never have happened and was not my fault. This is on top of the cost of the new A/C system ($11,000) and the unnecessary charges for removing the swamp cooler. As a disabled senior citizen living on a fixed income, these months have been painful, frightening, and deeply discouraging. I wish my experience had been different. But based on what I've gone through, I cannot recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air to anyone.

We had a great experience with Frank's Cooling & Heating!…read more Frank Jr. was our technician, and he did an outstanding job installing our new Bosch heat pump. He also rebuilt our heater closet and completed all of the electrical work with excellent craftsmanship. The installation was clean, professional, and everything was done right the first time. The new Bosch unit looks great and has been working perfectly. Frank Jr. was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality HVAC installation and service.

Super tech Jacob was prompt, courteous, and very skilled. He gave our units a thorough, gave us insight on status, options, and wrapped up his checks very nicely. The costs of our contract are very reasonable, and we could not be happier than to have these folks keeping our systems up and running very smoothly. Give them a go!

We had a routine, pre-season inspection of our home heating by a "big box" provider. The…read morerepresentative came to the house to inspect and declared our system was leaking carbon monoxide, resulting in him shutting down and locking out the system and arranging a a follow-on visit to propose replacement HVAC systems for our home. Suspicious of this result, we found two highly-rated independent HVAC shops - including ComfortX - to perform their own inspections, neither of which corroborated the CO reading. Likewise for the gas company, who came out and also confirmed no leak. So, the CO panic was wrong, whether intentional or not. Jacob from ComfortX was fantastic! He showed how the CO sensors may provide a false positive reading if not operated correctly. He then showed how to test correctly and that the test confirmed no CO. Separately, he DID identify a problem in the controller board that resulted in intermittent heating, a symptom we had experienced the last few years. He was able to isolate the problem to and perform a repair, and got everything fully functioning by the end of the same day. So, rather than us being shut down and waiting for a quote to replace two HVAC systems, instead, thanks to Jacob and ComfortX, we have two fully inspected and functioning systems and a comfortable home, all for a very reasonable inspection and repair charge. It's a huge relief whenever you find someone competent and trustworthy. I am thrilled to have Jacob and ComfortX in my contractor Rolodex! As an added bonus, our house had two systems that were nonfunctioning since we moved in three years ago: air purification and whole house humidification. Numerous visits from various contractors resulted in versions of "We don't know how to do that" type answers. In contrast, ComfortX explained how these systems worked, described what it would take to get them functional and installed optimally, and they will be soon doing the repair that we have been struggling to get done for years now.

The dispatch person said they could come look at in around 3 or 4pm. The technician (Roy) was actually very kind and professional but could not make it until 5pm and called to tell me that the weather was too bad. He said he could call into the dispatch and put me in his first time slot. Ok but the next morning at 6:30am when I began trying to use their automated system to ask for a confirmation of the "roll-over time appointment" everyone gave me a different answer. Most important take away that they will not tell you: if any of their "regular customers with maintenance accounts" call needing help, they bump your time slot and you will wait for hours with no update, no text just a lot of wasted time. They will give you a time, but it will never be that time. In a time period when we can text anyone an update, most other companies have figured out how to do better.
