I found myself in the IE and was planning on eating some wings but my plans were foiled by the business changing their hours. I came across Loving Hut by fate and it immediately caught my eye, theres a Loving Hut where I'm from but it specialized in Viet and Mexican food while the Redlands location has Indonesian, Korean, and more! My friend and I dont each much but something came over us here and we ended up ordering three dishes and two drinks. We usually split one.... Spicy Korean Wings: We ordered this to fill our wings void and it was very yummy but not spicy! I wouldve preferred spicy but the texture and flavor was good Spicy Scottie: This was the highlight of our meal 100% it was so so so good, the protein used was similar to the spicy Korean so I'd skip that next time to devote my attention fully to this sacred dish Mee Goreng: Very yummy I loved the texture of the noodles it paired super well with the other two dishes satisfyingly, the tofu was very good! I was ravishing this one Thai Tea: I applaud their ability to recreate Thai tea's creaminess without using dairy! It came cold without ice and was filled to the top - they gave me an ice cup when I asked bc I love ice

I've been here twice so far and I have to say this place is...awesome! I'm sad that I haven't discovered or frequented this place more often. It's everything a vegan would want in a restaurant. I always have a hard time ordering because there's so many options, but nothing that I've ordered disappointed me. The flavor, the texture, the taste is unique to each dish and the quality is certainly there. My favorites here is the Katsu Curry, Korean BBQ chicken, I don't usually order Ramen in restaurants but all the Ramen they have here were pleasant surprises, Thai Basil with the fake egg was great, the Mongolian Delight is not just a delight for Mongolians, but for us as well...the texture of the vegan beef was like the real deal and tasted savory and delicious! The quality of food here is off the charts! I endeavor to try everything on the menu eventually, it's too bad I'm from out of town, I can only come here when I'm visiting family. They also have a great selection of vegan cakes that I love that are not to sweet or overly decadent with overpowering sweetness, but perfectly light and creamy and soft. They also have coolers where they sell bulgogi japchae noodles, tuna and bulgogi beef sushi rolls and other frozen vegan meats that you can buy to make your own food at home. The place is small but clean, comfortable for lounging. If there's no room inside, they also have shaded outdoor seating which is just as comfortable on a nice cool day. The owners/staff are like machines, there was only two of them working but they crank out the food in good time and the quality doesn't suffer, it's always on point. You gotta admire that. It's appropriately named Loving Hut because I do love their menu and will eventually try everything on the menu.

My daughter ordered the Sweet and Spicy Lady and the Korean Fried Chickun. She loved both dishes, especially the Sweet and Spicy Lady.

This is a great spot for vegans and vegetarians. My daughter ordered two dishes: the Sweet and Spicy Lady and the Korean Fried Chickun. Both were delicious! Her new go to spot for vegan food in Redlands.

Great vegan options! Low key and hidden away, the Loving Hut offers many options for vegans with a ton of delicious flavors! I personally love the chixen wings! Order, pay, eat!

Probably one of my mosh favorite spots in Redlands. The owners are so kind and the food is delicious! When I want to treat myself after work and am nearby, I will always choose loving hut! The Thai tea and food combo is unmatched. It's so hard not sticking with the same thing(Thai basil or nasi goreng) so this time around it was the Garden delight(I believe) Cute ambiance and decor! I love one of my buds for introducing me to this spot!!!

I really liked the chow mein and thought it was very flavorful, but it had way too much garlic. I really appreciated that they gave us the buffalo drumsticks without the sauce. Their menu is affordable which my wallet appreciates. It does have a lot of spicy dishes but the people working there were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely come back and try other dishes if I'm in the area.

Everything on the menu is 100% vegan, so it's a good spot if you're trying to eat a little better without giving up burgers, fries, and shakes. Just make sure to go in open-minded and understand that it's not going to taste 100% like real meat, but that doesn't mean it isn't good. I've been here a couple of times now, and my favorites are the Nashville Hot "Chicken" Sandwich and the Western Burger. Both have really good flavor and hit that fast food craving. The Buffalo tenders are also delicious, and you definitely can't forget their shakes, they're really good and taste like a classic fast food shake. Customer service has always been friendly every time I've gone, and the inside is always clean, fresh, and has a nice atmosphere. Overall, this place is actually really good for being vegan fast food, and I'd definitely come back when I'm in the mood for fast food but want a healthier alternative.

I got a California burrito, thinking that I would save half for the next day, but I wolfed down the whole thing. The burrito is packed with flavors, warm, and fresh. I especially thought the green salsa helped enhance the flavors, so I would recommend that over the house made ketchup. Still, I would not overlook the fact that the ketchup is made in house! How special is that. The moment you walk in, there is an area to order via a kiosk, which helps with saving time especially when you are hungry. The atmosphere is bright and spacious. This place is filling, and is definitely a better choice compared to most other American fast foods. Service is quick and kind. I found myself catching up on work even in this area outside of usual lunch and dinner hours. There are outlets next to some tables. So, if you need those, they are available. The place overall looks clean and well-kept, but our table hadn't been wiped down when we sat, so I had to ask for a rag to clean it myself--that's definitely a point off in my book. There were quite a few people coming in and out for pickup orders, and I liked that they have a self-order screen right when you walk in for convenience. I ordered my son the asada fries and a horchata, and I went with the regular birria plate for myself. Being a fully vegan Mexican restaurant, I wasn't sure how well they'd pull off those bold, traditional flavors. But to their credit, the food actually surprised me. The vegan meats had solid flavor and were pretty close to the real thing, especially when it came to those classic Mexican seasonings. You could tell they put effort into making the dishes taste authentic. That said, the burritos were a bit heavy on the rice and beans, which kind of took away from the overall balance. Customer service was just okay nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. It got the job done, but didn't really add to the experience. One downside was the pricing. For what you get, it did feel a bit overpriced, especially considering the portions. It's also worth noting that Viva Vegan is now permanently closed, which isn't too surprising. While the food had its highlights and was impressive for vegan Mexican food, it didn't quite hit the mark enough to keep people coming back consistently. Overall, it was a decent spot for what it was, especially if you're curious about vegan Mexican food, but not something that really stood out in the long run in my opinion.

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us at a table that would not have comfortably accommodated our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a nearby table that had more space. In response, she rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we were eventually seated at the requested table, she placed the menus down abruptly and did not hand one to me directly, instead leaving it at the end of the table. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and, frankly, not in line with the level of service I would expect from a hostess. That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception.
