I got all of the vaccinations up to date, screened for parasites, and over email confirmed with the business that they were uploaded to my profile. Then the DAY BEFORE I was set to drop the pups off I got a call saying I needed to come in for a day camp as my pups hadn't been in for 6 months (it had been 8 months). Obviously, this was not possible, as I was leaving the next day. I got this information over voice mail. So I called back. And left a message. No returned call. So I called back. No return call. Now I'm starting to panic, called again the next day and left messages. TOTALLY GHOSTED. Finally, I got a passive agressive text - "yeah, this is our policy, sorry". After over 7 years of boarding my pups with this business this was extremely rude and insulting behavior. I was totally left in a lurch, considering having to cancel my trip and suffer financial losses due to the late hour. What kind of business does this to a long standing customer? Unfortunately, these people can not be relied upon, were rude and really caused me stress and dismay. Wholeheartedly do NOT recommend anymore.

They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). There are so many great parts of this company that I can't pick just one. - The sitters really love and care for the animals! We have one cat who's such a ham and wants pets forever, and another who is more shy. They take the time with the shy one, and let her warm up to them which she eventually has! And they get just as excited about it as I do :) - You get text message updates after every visit with a play-by-play for the visit, and they include photos! It was something we asked boarding places for and they said they said "we don't do that." The pictures are especially nice. ** The photos attached to this review are ones that our sitters have sent :) - Scheduling is so easy. You just go online into the calendar on your account, and you can choose days, times (morning and evening, up to 2x/day), and length of visit. You can choose if you need medications administered as well. - They are transparent and absolutely fair in their cost. I've found it to be comparable to boarding, and the benefit is they get to stay home in their own environment and aren't kept in a small enclosure for so much of their day. - They're extremely kind, diligent, and careful, especially with our cat who's a runner when the door opens. I'm no longer nervous or feel guilty about going out of town because we can choose longer visits for our sitters; our babies will still lots of snuggles and play time!

When I got her back from grooming, she was looking like this (video in car). Very little hair on her body, I felt sad for her and almost cried. Her head has a fro and her tail is basically gone and naked. When I came in to get her, I was initially shocked and didn't know what to say. I thought I liked it until I took another good look at her. She didn't even come out smelling good and i'm wondering if her ears were cleaned. This is her second experience getting groomed. The first time was out of state, where I got her and when I was planning on flying back to Seattle, I had a groomer that did a tidy up puppy cut (the photos where they gave her bows in her ears afterwards). She smelled so good after, her curls were still there and her tail had a lot of hair. At the front desk, I asked if there were notes and there were none. I was hoping for an explanation on why she came out looking kind of naked. When I asked for a puppy cut, I didn't think the hair would be cut down this much. The haircut also looks choppy, especially the head part. It isn't even like what I thought a puppy cut would look like. I appreciate the groomer for being patient with this puppy though and took their time on my girl. Hair will grow back. I showed all my friends the video of her in the car and they had the same thoughts I did. I almost cried (lol). Anyway, hair will grow back. I just wanted to leave this review and maybe I should have done more extensive research on groomers. I was nervous to schedule an appointment at all due to it being her second time (first time in WA).

She's very careful to make sure that the dogs she watches are on their best behavior and takes safety measures, as needed (like putting a dog on a leash when there is an issue with another dog or using a buzz collar to help remind my dog to return promptly when called). My dog always comes home happy and tired. Cammie is great at communicating any issues she sees and gives support to address them (eg seeing a potential limp after a lot of running).
