Their authentication expert pointed out three separate signs that the shoes were not genuine. So, not real real after all. When I took the shoes to The RealReal in Larkspur, I was directed to a text-based chat with a "specialist" who told me that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. I'm now out over $400 for two pairs ( one with a broken heel that they said I should have come in right away about). Extremely disappointed. A company that claims to care about luxury and sustainability should at the very least stand behind the authenticity of what it sells. This experience makes me seriously question their values.

Amy and Bishlam have created such a lovely space... they're both so friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Beautiful pieces from different designers, prices are not crazy and a few times we have even been here during some great sales!
