Every year I look forward to coming to this little shop and every year I am surprised by the treatment received while paying a million dollars for clothes my kids will wear a few times.. This year, it felt as if every question was exasperating to the staff. If their eyes could talk, I'm pretty sure they would say, "why are you speaking to me right now?" During this whole Needoh faze my son is going through they have been doing such a wonderful job keeping everyone calm and in the loop! The two gals behind the counter had such patience as all the kids were eager and waiting for their turn to pick a prize! They treated them as the customers not a nuisance. As I entered the store the workers started staring at me and no one would greet me. There was about five employees working at the time. The cashier gave me a dirty look. As I was looking around the store the employees continued to stare at me, like i wasn't welcome there. Finally a employee came up and asked if i needed help finding anything, when she came up to me all the other employees were watching me to see my reaction. I feel i was being judged by how i was dressed at the time. I just left the gym before coming in to the store and was wearing sweatpants and tank top.
