Back to Sunday, naturally, every Rivian & Tesla were here to shop the special deals, it was busy! So busy in fact, my register transaction was passed to another associate midstream. I already had waited a decent amount of time before the buck was passed, but then it took additional time to process the Anniversary discounts I had received. I was patient, but I doubt others shopping cosmetics would have been as gracious. In any case, I'm just influencer level, but I was gifted lots of nice discounts and samples; including $10 for the ZBar and $15 towards cosmetics. I am happy I found Osea algae body butter special 2 pack deal, super emollient and perfect for summer and winter skincare. Happy anniversary Nordy's. Thank you for all the goodies and carrying great labels.

Before the pandemic I wore all Black tailored clothing with sky high heels to work every day. Then the pandemic. Career switch. Working from home. No need for uncomfortable "hard" clothes or high heels. I still want to be stylish even if comfort is my motivation. Eileen Fisher outfits is that for me and Nordstrom is where I shop for it because unlike the EF store, at Nordstrom I can also buy bras and shoes in the same trip) Nordstrom has outfitted me through the many chapters of my life starting from my teen years. I continue to enjoy the consistent top tier customer service, wonderfully curated options in store, on site tailoring, and their generous return policy. I used to have a Nordstrom personal shopper. Then I was a member of The Trunk. Now I am considering the option to have Nordstrom brought to my home so I can try and buy things without going to the physical location. Stonestown and downtown SF used to be my primary stores. Now it's Corte Madera. This store is so well stocked, I almost never hear "I can order it online". I enjoy the instant gratification of taking my purchases home with me on the same day. The majority of my wardrobe was purchased at Nordstrom. I am a loyalist. PS: don't sleep on Nordstrom Rack at the Vintage Mall. If you aren't local, Nordstrom Rack online is so great for money saving designer options!

Perhaps walking in in workout clothes after a hike is not the right attire to enter the store, but whatever it is I find the lack of welcome off-putting enough to write this review and avoid this store.
