By far my favorite cocktail bar in London! The drinks are awesome, everybody is friendly, staff, clients, security guard.. EVERYBODY! People are there are happy to talk with other and get to know new people. I when there last night just for one drink before going back home and I end up pretty much helping them closing the place! Hahah , this little bar is very cozy and welcoming :) They also have a place downstairs when they have a dj sometimes on the weekends

Yey! So my excitement is due to the fact that I've wanted Yey! So my excitement is due to the fact that I've wanted to visit this bar for a while now and it did not disappoint. Loves Company has a speakeasy esq vibe. Dark corners downstairs with a bar and Dj area and open windows and a calm day time area upstairs, it's mysterious and provokes curiosity and I just love it! We sat in the upstairs area which is decorated with a forest vibe. From the flowers on the table to the wood-like paintings on the wall, it really sets a relaxed and enjoyable vibe. The music in the back ground is a mixture of old and contemporary jazz which again adds to the overall mood I opted for the slow pink which is a beautiful gin based cocktail mixed with their own homemade plum and honey liquor - it's just delicious. Really enjoyable experience and I must give a shout out to our waitress, Sarah, who was polite, attentive and wonderful. I will definitely be back to check out their night time scene!

Came here as it ticked a few boxes, near work, near a station, cocktails and on tastecard :D Have glanced at this establishment a few times on passing and thought it would be a little to loud and busy for an old dear such as myself. I like to try and find places where it is not too busy, loud and I can sit down to rest and talk to whomever I'm with. Because it isn't well lit from the outside I mistakenly labeled it as the opposite. However, on entering I was immediately welcomed. I had booked a table in advance although, on this Tuesday night it was not needed. Comfortable seating area at the front, bar along the side and I believe to be a much bigger area downstairs which was not open today (as not necessary). They have a good selection of cocktails made with decent quality spirits e.g. Monkey Shoulder for the whisky element. Although reasonably priced around £8-11, they were strong and delicious not over bearing on the fruit juice. We happily made our way through the list consuming around 4 each excitedly selecting our next treat not knowing what we might get! Starting to get a little hungry and figuring that there was food because it's on Tastecard right? We found out that they focus on cocktails not food but supply something to munch on. This is in the form of Toasties!!! Yup, Toasties. And just like the cocktails, they come in exciting flavours, not just cheese and ham (although there is a version of this) and a few to select from. The toasties did hit the mark and, although, because we were only having toasties we thought we'd have one and move on, we did end up staying and consuming 2 more and staying until they allowed us to stay no more :( Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable, cool place to be I say and, depending on how busy it gets, could become a favourite for a quick drink on the way home.

Random little cocktail bar. This was the first stop of a night of Friday night cocktails, Cute decor and seating. Loved the cocktail menu. Used the Drinki App to get a Black Flip, coffee cocktail made from Mr Black. Not too sure of my thoughts about this venue. I think the strange hovering waitress put me off.

I woulda just walked straight past this place! Although it has a huge glass front from the outside you can't see how lovely and light it is inside. As you walk in you are greeted by friendly bar staff. I went early on a Wednesday evening so while waiting for the rest of my group I was given the pick of the seats . They instantly bought water over for the table and asked if I needed any help with the menu. The décor inside is awesome! Bright flowers & tree murals on the walls, mismatched wooden tables, fresh roses on each table, tealights in teacups and bronze pipework on the ceiling making for a rather striking light. The upstairs is small but the huge windows along with the quirky decor make it a bright and fun place for a post work drink. There is also a downstairs bar which I haven't been down to but I think is a little more lively. The cocktail menu is pretty extensive and the choices are varied and fun. I tried Sink the Pink which consisted of gin, pink grapefruit and lemon with a lovely dark cherry as part of the decoration; beautifully presented as well as a balanced cocktail -it wasn't bitter like it sounds! Although we were only there for a short time I had a lovely time, would recommend it to cocktail lovers and will definitely be back!

FRIES WITH TRUFFLE CHEESE The fries weren't as crispy as I would've liked, but the soft bite similar to mashed potatoes was pretty good. The cheese itself really carried the rich flavors of the truffle without overwhelming your tastebuds. Such a decadent cheese. SALT AND PEPPER SQUID The squid meat itself wasn't over cooked which is easy to do and makes it feel like you're chewing on a tire. Not the case here. The squid was fried perfectly, nice and crispy first bite. The garlic aioli complimented the batter they used to fry the squid in, very tasty. PEKING DUCK LETTUCE WRAPS These lettuce wraps were the perfect two bites sized appetizers. Such a flavorful and well cooked duck. The cucumber salad and lettuce helped bring the intensity of flavors down so that you could enjoy every bite. There's a full bar, but service is a little slow and congested. Staff are really nice and friendly. The dart games are so involved where each player can have their selfie taken and name displayed on the board. You can compete as teams or against each other depending on your chosen game. At the end, there is a final game stats to show who won and a group photo to conclude all the fun. A fantastic way to test out your dart skills and have fun with your loved ones!

Maybe it was…read morebecause it was kind of (not really) late and there weren't many other places open (aside from the first place we tried across the street who told us the kitchen was closed even though they were open for another 3 hours) but the place was packed! And it was loud. I guess technically it was a darts place and so there was a lot of excitement near the dartboard area. The bar staff were all buzzing about shaking their shakers and pouring drinks. It was a great vibe - apropos for a Friday night. Ok we got the little bit lychee drink (subbed vodka for gin) which was excellent with what looked like a dark dahlia floating on top. I wanted to try a British beer and got the magic rock saucery session pale ale (saying its name is like a built in sobriety test). The ale was definitely IPA but with a really clean finish. And because I'm a pig, ordered the fries with truffle cheese. Wow that was so so good! Shoestring fries with a heavy drizzle of truffle melted cheese. I can't really complain about the super loud music since it probably suited the main clientele and was really good (club versions of many 80s songs). So it looks like a really fun joint for the young locals with some older folks who maybe stumbled in like we did. Really nice bartenders and front staff. Thanks for not giving us a BS line to keep us out like the other place.

Came here for pre-theater anniversary dinner with my wife. The ambiance was somewhere between that of a trendy club and nice bar. There was a mad scientist vibe with the lights being industrial vibe and some metal decor. The music was thumpy and loud enough to remind you it was there. It made me feel a bit out-of-place as somebody well past my 20s, but also a bit cool or being there. You really come here for the drinks. We got the pipe dream, smokey old fashioned, honeypot picante, and one other I can't remember the name of, but which came in a flower pot. The pipe dream and smokey old fashioned were likely the best. Overall the drinks were more visually appealing than traditionally good and the visually appealing ones tended to have ingredients that weren't as top shelf and/or they were just too sweet. Not bad, but disappointing for what we'd hope. The food was the opposite. I had low expectations and the food wasn't amazing, but was better than average. We got the bao buns, crispy duck pancakes, panko halloumi, katsu curry, and hot honey pork tacos. They arranged for it all to come out in time for us to make our theater show, which was nice. The bao buns and pork tacos were probably the best. Neither blew me away, but both were solid. The katsu curry and halloumi were standard of what you might expect. The crispy duck pancakes was maybe as advertised, but it would have been nice to have some moistness or substance to the dug vs. it basically being crunchy salty bits of something. Overall, this wasn't a bad meal, but it wasn't quite what I was hoping for either. We may be back, but we'll probably try other things first.
