From the outside, this location seems super ghetto. From the inside it's way too small. They have decent selection of lingerie and a pretty good sale rack. All the people who work here are somewhat rude or have no interest in helping you whatsoever. Way rather go to the Brea store instead, but find myself going here more because of their convenient location. On a side note, they have a huge porn collection, which is really no use to me but if thats what you're looking for then so be it. read more

The manager Megan was an absolute delight! Greeted us with a cheery disposition, and was tended to accordingly based on what we needed. The staff was so friendly, and extremely easy to talk to. I've been to this location before, but quite a while ago...this new staff is top notch! Very informative and you can tell they are passionate about what they teach. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there. Although I didn't see her during this visit, another superstar staff member is Jules. She usually works nights, I believe, but if you ever had any questions about the arousal pills or lube-she's your girl! I love this store, love the staff, and love that they have Ladies Nights. I came in here to purchase some items for a "Naughty Secret Santa" exchange and there were 4 female workers. All very helpful but not good at math. I dislike when people do not pay attention to their numbers and money during transactions. I had to return to get the pricing adjusted and have some money returned to me. (Which still ended up being wrong) I didn't have the time or patience to argue over a few dollars but I highly recommend some math classes for their workers. Also kind of disappointed in selection. Not too many things besides dildos and lube. Would have preferred more party and gag gift items. They use to have more variety but this past decade they have just declined in business and service. Oh well. The store serves its purpose and probably has what you need. Just make sure to also do your own math. Staff was not helpful and when I went to check out and pay, had to wait for about 20 minutes, only one register was open while the rest of the staff was wandering around. Bought some nice underwear which was limited in sizes, so I asked if they didn't fit could I return for another size, the Clerk said yes as long as it was by a certain date on the receipt. Well the size was wrong so I took back today and the clerk said no returns on those items even though they said when I bought them I could. Zero stars! By default 1 star because of the 40% off 1 item yelp check in. I enjoy these stores. . but what can break them are the employees. Their credit card system was down. The pleasant employee here stated 60 stores in the area were down the Internet. Funny, the store 2 doors down had no problem. Then we asked if there were other touch of romance stores in the area. Her comment... all their Internet are down. Um, just asking. She doesn't like you asking questions and using coupons either. And she doesn't like you using a credit card since she has to do it manually. She told us our credit card was denied. She didn't know why and if we could just use cash. Nah! So not to pass up the yelp coupon and to piss her off we whipped out another card. She keyed it in right this time. With a wonderful attitude she bid us fairwell with "all sales are final". I truly enjoy these stores.. much love to the Cerritos and westminster stores. I do not recommend this store at all!
