The shop was closed three times on Friday July 15th the only day i was in town (from Honolulu) . I called to make sure shop was open. It was. I told the employee it would take us 30 minutes to get there It took us 22. when we arrived shop had a sign that said they were closed until 3:30 pm (1.5 hrs from our arrival time. We stayed in the area went to a few other shops arrived at 5 pm and saw another sign that said closed until 9:30'pm!!!!!! Silly us we went back at 10:30 pm and the shop WAS STiLL closed. Yes we called and again told that the shop was open. We were looking for a specialty item not available on island but this shop was recommended by an employee of Susie's located in Waikiki. As luck would have it, I flew into LAX on July 15th and headed to the shop in Long Beach! Very disappointed especially after we spoke to the employee in the shop on 2nd Street before we headed over all the way to long beach from LAX. SHAME on her and whoever hired her!!!!!! When I got home the product I had purchased didn't even work because the batteries it came with were defective and hot enough to explode. I never used the product (product was never used intimately) and when I called the same day to see if I can EXCHANGE the product, the woman on the phone didn't seem any bit understanding or wanted to fix the situation. Do not shop here!! I went in looking for sex toy cleaner and the woman working (an older lady) informed me that she doesn't sell it because it is "toxic"- which is not an accurate statement. Sex toys are made from a variety of materials and NEED to be cleaned and sanitized. She told me to use soap and water, which is the WORST advice ever. The people who own and operate these stores have an obligation to provide quality products and accurate information.
