The worst Romantix I've been to so far. I used to be a semi regular here because I would buy my work outfits here sometimes but their customer service really sucks. I called last week to ask if they had plain black G strings and they immediately said yes. When I arrived at the store they didn't have them. I bought another thing I didn't even want because I had already made the 20 minute drive there. I called again today and asked the same question. Same as before, they said yes without even checking stock. When I arrived, a sign on the door said "will be back in 30 minutes" because the employee was on lunch. If you plan on going here definitely call before and ask if they will be on lunch. That's very odd to me I've never seen a store do that in 2026. Anyway, they had no plain black G strings again! Parking is a nightmare here and I spent 20 minutes driving there and 20 back.. I'd rather make the drive to the one in Tustin. It's a lot cleaner, better stock, and customer service. read more
