First time coming into to this store. I know the store caters mainly to the Gay community. However they have a plethora of adult toys and some bondage gear and DVDs. Donnie the sales clerk greeted me at the door and was awesome. Very knowledgeable with all the products. He honestly made me feel at home. This store sells DAMAGED merchandise. I've been coming here for months and thought they were doing a great job of offering products to the straight and LGBT community. Until recently, I bought a product that I discovered was damaged upon opening. This product was damaged to the point of being unsafe to use. The store manager was unwilling to give me store credit or a refund. She was actually quite rude to me about it, which caught me off guard more than anything. Not one apology for a damaged product, not one apology for the inconvenience, a lack of caring for the fact I just wasted my money. I work in customer service and understand the importance of treating your customers with respect. I do not recommend giving this store your business.
