Telling me it was past 30 days so there was nothing they could do about it. Well yeah when your other stores won't give you the telephone number to corporate you can't find any way to contact anybody from Romantix and then when you do it's back & forth with this question and that question OF COURSE IT'S BEEN OVER 30 DAYS for the one item! I went to the store 2 days after the 2nd item was purchased and was told they don't do refunds or exchanges! Now can somebody please get this message to Christina S.? First time coming into to this store. I know the store caters mainly to the Gay community. However they have a plethora of adult toys and some bondage gear and DVDs. Donnie the sales clerk greeted me at the door and was awesome. Very knowledgeable with all the products. He honestly made me feel at home. I was able to ask questions about certain products that I normally would be to embarrassed to ask about. And he even took his time to take them out of the package and show me how they work. This store sells DAMAGED merchandise. I've been coming here for months and thought they were doing a great job of offering products to the straight and LGBT community. Until recently, I bought a product that I discovered was damaged upon opening. This product was damaged to the point of being unsafe to use. The store manager was unwilling to give me store credit or a refund. She was actually quite rude to me about it, which caught me off guard more than anything. Not one apology for a damaged product, not one apology for the inconvenience, a lack of caring for the fact I just wasted my money. I work in customer service and understand the importance of treating your customers with respect. I do not recommend giving this store your business.
