I got a signature (basic) pedicure. Right now (as of June 2026), all pedicures have hot stones included! All of the nail technicians were very kind, and they did a great job. They had an easy to use website for booking (which they later told us just launched this week!) We had a great experience and look forward to coming again in the future!!

I called to ask if they were available for a dip mani. They said yes and to come in. I arrived…read moreabout 7 mins later as I live very close. They made me wait 25 mins before someone worked on my nails. The first woman took off my previous dip and sanded the nail beds. Then, she gave me to a different woman for the next steps. I had already told her I did not want that woman as she had done my nails previously and they were lumpy and had a black speck on one nail that I saw and told her that wasn't supposed to be there and she said you wouldn't be able to see it when we were done but when we were done you could see it plain as day and when I asked her to redo that nail, she said she couldn't see anything and the nail was fine. So, I told the woman I would rather have someone else do the finishing of the nails this time. She then sanded my nails some more for the prep and I had to wait an additional 30 mins for another woman to be available. No problem, a good set of nails is worth the wait. Overall, it took them 2 hours to do nails that shouldn't have taken more than 70 mins. Normally, my nails last 3 weeks and the only thing forcing me to get them redone at that time is the grow out. 6 days after getting my nails dipped, the tips and sides started to peel away from the dip and the top coat started to peel off. I was out of town and couldn't go back to the salon until day 10, and by that time 3 of my nails had the tips ripped off completely from snagging on stuff. Keep in mind these are my real nails. I've been having my nails dip mani for over 4 years straight and this has never happened. This was caused by lack of experience and expertise when prepping and finishing my nails. When I finally went into the salon to show the manager my nails, she said that happens with real nails. Ummm, no it doesn't. It's never happened to me. I asked for her to remove the remaining product from my nails and provide me a refund of my $70 I paid. She said refunds were against their policy but she would have someone fix them. I had already had everyone at her store do my nails at some point and none of them were worth $70 and 2 hours of my time. So no thanks on your sub par service. Ultimately, she chose to not give me a refund and told me she would prefer I leave a negative review of her business. I was very disappointed in her choice of outcome.

I opted for the Class Pedicure for $40 but was charged an extra $15 for shellac (did not realize she was doing this until we were at checkout and I was shocked by my total price), an add on that I did not requested for but Emmy decided on her own to do this. During the pedicure, Emmy barely cut my cuticles, scrub the dead skin off my feet, and the massage was lackluster. At the end of the pedicure service, I asked her if it was possible to just have my nails cut and clean which is usually around $20 at other nails salon that I went to in the past. During the cleaning of my nails, I had to ask her to file my nails (she was leaving them sharp) and rounded it. She barely cut my cuticles. It was like she was making the movement but wasn't cutting anything. My hands look like I had cut them at home (see photos). But she charged me $29 for this service!! I asked her is that your typical price for cleaning nails and she said its the same price if I was to do regular polish! If I knew it was the same price I would've gotten it painted regularly. I told her I did not know that since I usually get shellac for my nails since they peel faster when you do regular and she didn't even offer to paint them and just gave me a smile. My total was $84, and I ONLY GOT MY FEET PAINTED. I felt swindled because Emmy was not communicative on pricing nor services. She never asked me if I want regular or gel/shellac and never offer to paint my nails even though its the same price. Usually the service and techs here are very honest and sweet but today's appointment made me very disappointed and I will not be returning. TDLR: Do not have Emmy as your tech, her service is lackluster but you will pay premium prices. Ask for prices and communicate what you want so they can't add on and charge you for things you did not ask for!!! PS: This isn't about prices since I just took my sisters and mom here in June and spent over $500. This is about low quality of service and swindling customers by adding things on without them requesting for it!!
