Fabulous dip manicure by Christie! First time here and the gentleman who did my buffing and nail work was very attentive, and Christie did a perfect job on the SNS. Inside was clean. Price for it was $38. It wasn't busy at all. I was the only customer when I walked in and four others were there when I left. I loved that the staff made chit chat through the manicure. This nail salon is always sort of last minute for me. They never have a wait, and the nail techs are usually very kind. The nails shape and color always look great (better than most others for me) my only complaint is sometimes more often than I'd like, my acrylic lifts around the edge. Which is a problem for my profession. I like them and their prices, but sometimes hate I have to get them done more frequently when I go there. read more

First time I tried Lovely Nails. Don who just started, did my manicure. He was very friendly and went that extra mile to make sure I was happy with my nails. Overall he did a nice job. However I must say that I was very surprised that there was no station available to dry your nails. Having a fan at the table where the manicure was done was extremely disappointing. I chose this salon because I saw a sign that advertised new management and a 10% discount. I figured having just turned over, they'd be at the top of their game and boy were they. I went for a gel mani and a pedicure. Both were fabulous. I chose the base level pedi ($25) and even that included a sugar scrub and reeeeaaaallllly relaxing hot lotion leg/foot massage. The gel manicure included a shoulder rub while my nails were setting. Yes! The nail tech was professional and friendly. He made light conversation, but didn't feel the need to chit chat the whole time, which I appreciated. My nails look fabulous and the grand total (including discount) was $45. Visiting Greensboro from cali and I was desperate for a Mani/pedi. So I checked google and this place popped up. Spa pedi - he was meticulous and did a great job with massage but very slow Shellac/gel manicure was OK but I've definitely had better.. I got french tips and the polish was a bit sloppy and not glossy. Bathroom was dirty with pee on toilet seat... Yuck They were very slow. But maybe that's just how they do things here in Greensboro.. read more

I then pointed out which ones were lifting and they just super glued them and told me to wait until I return home. I have been coming to this salon the past 8-10 months. I am always greeted in a very professional and friendly fashion. If an issue does come up or I simply don't like the color I chose once it's on they are always more than willing to fix it. Sometimes I have to wait but that is because with my job I'm never sure when I'll be getting off and cannot make an appointment. They have a wide range of nail service types as well as waxing. If the results don't reflect the cost or my expectations, I am upset, disappointed...and I can't help it, but it shows on my face & in my body language. It's not good. However--I said all that, to say that based on my experiences here, I always request that Steven do my manicure & pedicure. The females seem to have no clue as to what they're doing.
