She would not file my nails down properly leaving them looking very thick and she would just rush through my pedicures which is supposed to be a relaxing time. I was actually really upset this is the most unkid friendly I have ever seen a place. I brought my girls in to get pedicures with me and my sister and they ran water but they never came to them until we were completely done with our pedicures and I said we don't have time we need to leave and they wanted to charge me money just because my kids sat there with their feet in the water. I told them that I don't appreciate them taking other customers before my children and none of the chairs were even needing to be used by any other customers. I said I would have known that they weren't getting a pedicure they could have sat in their waiting room and they told me that's not free either they argued with me in front of everyone I could have walked away not paying a single thing but they still had me pay $10 for a kid to sit in the water. My friend and I came here for the first time and were more than disappointed with the service. The two male technicians were disrespectful, especially toward me. The one doing my mani-pedi seemed irritated and condescending the entire time. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, he pushed me repeatedly to get gel polish--even after I declined. He even went so far as to ask my friend to convince me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. At one point, he commented that he could "tell I barely get pedicures," which was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, both men spoke in another language, but their body language and tone made it obvious they were talking about us. We also noticed them being dismissive toward other customers--one even returned right after her appointment because her nail chipped, and others walked out due to long wait times. To make matters worse, my manicure left me bleeding. While he did apologize, after four years of experience (as he mentioned), I would expect basic skill and care to prevent that from happening. It also seems like appointments are not prioritized properly, adding to the frustration. With so many other salons in the area, I'd recommend choosing somewhere else that values professionalism, customer comfort, and quality service. read more

I happened across this nail salon after leaving target, and their door was open. It was right as they opened at 9am. I had been wanting to get a pedicure for quite some time, and thought I would check it out. I looked at the reviews first, but decided to make a go of it. First let me share that this place was not dirty, unkempt, or unsanitary. Everything during my service was new- out of the package. The tools they used then went into the bag in the bath well after it drained to be scooped up and thrown away. I even looked behind the pedicure chairs, and didn't even see dust. For the service itself, Mia gave me my pedicure. She was wonderful. She worked with me on my sensitivities. I have neuropathy. This experience was exactly what I needed, and I look forward to returning. read more

Be very, very careful about who you get as a technician. I have been here 17 times and the experience is completely different, depending on who you get. They will regularly make choices without talking to you (e.g. quantity of coats, shape of nail, etc.). I will often get the same exact color for my pedicure and manicure- and the color will look completely different. If you are going to spend $150+ on having your nails done, you will likely want to go somewhere else or find one technician here that will do the appointment the way you want. I'm giving three stars because he did do a good massage for my pedicure. the place is not really clean it feels very busy and full of dust and it doesn't seem like they clean their instruments very often. I wore a mask as there were two employees coughing. I had a dip manicure which I told him that I had not flat nail beds, and to go easy on the amount of dip, I will share the result. It's rather disappointing spending $100 for a manicure and a pedicure(with tip) and your manicure really doesn't look great at all. He charged me extra to trim my cuticles. Is that a thing? Update. I went back in today and ask that they fix my nails because the polish was just too thick. They did with no charge. It still wasn't the most pleasant experience the first time, but I'm glad that they fixed them and made it less bulky. read more

Not only did she mess up my nails but would roll her eyes when I would tell her about it she would pull my hand and honestly was very disrespectful. Worst experience! Let me start by saying I took my 13-year-old daughter and my niece to get their nails done for her birthday. It was a terrible experience as everyone there was completely rude and argumentative . They told me if we didn't get gel or acrylic that the polish would wash off.....REALLY. They told us we couldn't get any design and yelled at my niece to "go sit down and don't mess them up " . They then charged me for a full manicure and said that we agreed to this ....but just for one of us. when I questioned this.... Another employee that wasn't even near us during our session stood up and YELLED at us in front of everyone in the salon that we agreed to a full manicure. Clearly, they we're going to do what they wanted no matter what we said. I had to redo my nails when I got home ...and did a much better job. If you want your nails painted for an event....do them yourself or go to a salon....DO NOT GO HERE. The woman that did mine did nothing I asked because she was so busy trying to up charge me to gel or acrylic.. next time lovely salon staff.... Just tell your clients you don't have time for a simple polish job and you are happy picky and choosing who you service. Thanks for screwing up my kids birthday outing. I would come here if you want your cuticles butchered and your nails to look sloppily done. Today I went in for a fill and I always ask for the cat eye designs, I've had technicians in the past here work with me to build a nail that I would like. Today I sat at #16 and asked for a cat eye design they had POSTED but with a different color. (They had the same color combination I asked for posted just with a different design shown .) The only thing that changes would've been how she was holding the magnet over my nail. She told me it was impossible (lied) , I asked for proof and she screamed at the top of her lungs about how "I was being difficult". I left with nails that had chunky lines and was nothing close to what i wanted. do not come here. first, the woman doing my nails filed them so thin they began to break when she was filing them. she tried to charge me 55$ for a polish removal service that was 35$. next, she did my pedicure which only lasted 10 minutes. i had an ingrown toenail which she didn't even bother to take out. this is my 3rd time coming here and it has to be the worst. the salon is dirty and the staff is rude. read more

well where do i start.... went in on monday to get a fill in on my nails was charged $69. by the 3 day on wednesday one of my nails had broken already. when saturday came back around i finally had time to go get it fixed and figured i wanted a color change as well bec the french tip looked horrible. well when i sat down in someones chair i was told it would be $55 in total for everything mind you i had just gotten this fill in set on monday! after i was told the total i got up and left i have been here plenty of times and each time its something else gone wrong ur today topped everything. do not go here. read more

Update***Well see pic!! Don't go here unless you want warts! Gal nail tech power drilled my nail skin on side of a nail till it bled on purpose I believe she kept hitting it 3 times till she broke skin... came home fine for a week then now I'm dealing with a wart on my hand-- picture posted- popped up a week after as a small blister now it's crusting over as shown. This place is not gentle and nasty! I would not go to this place for your own health reasons! Is it just a coincidence - who knows but breaking skin during a nail service is highly unprofessional and very contagious- please don't take a gamble on this place. I feel this is where I caught it! Price for a full acrylic set and basic gel one color -cut too short - absolutely nothing fancy at all was $65, quite a bit more than I'm used to paying in the area. Nothing was special about the salon except they had a grand opening banner-tech cut my nails too short to even shape almond that I asked for and also while shaping with electrical drill file the the girl nail tech shaping the acrylic kept going over the side of one nail "the skin" like 3 times I felt on purpose until it hurt and finally bled- she kept hitting it till it actually bled and I got a wound! The drill bits didn't look to be disinfected inbetween clients they looked to be white and dusty before being used on me..so I'm sure my blood from my nail wound was spread around afterwards too! I won't go back I'll stick to the other 2 nail places I normally go to! Too bad but now I know! -Price too high -Not gentle -Made me bleed! -cut new acrylic tip too short to even shape it the shape I asked for they look stubby and very thick. read more

Horrible service from the minute we walked in. Was not greeted at all, much less a smile. I let her know that my daughter and I wanted a manicure with our nails dipped and a pedicure. She pointed to two empty chairs and said "sit." There was no manicure, just started shaping and applied the dipped polish. There was no lotion, cuticle care, soaking or anything. After the 15 minute, one color polish was on, another lady directed us to the pedicure. The pedicure was just normal polish, and very rushed, although there were only three other customers in the salon. I was astounded when I was told that two dipped nails and two pedicures was $200, before tip. Such a huge waste of money for just polished nails and toes, nothing else.
