I brought my custom made wedding tux to them a couple of days after my wedding. Dropped the tux off…read moreon 9/11, I called special attention to the collar of my custom shirt due to some stains. The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

Staff was very friendly. Dropped off my leather motorcycle jacket for some work on the sleeves…read more Staff steered me in the right direction for this project. Tightening up the sleeves at the bottoms rather than shortening. Makes perfect sense since they are zippered. Will follow up review once job is done.

Everything was done in just a few days! The dress is perfect, and my clothes are nicely pressed and ready for the next event. I live in the Silverton area, and while there may be a couple of places slightly closer, I'll never go anywhere else. They were gracious and personable with great service.

Third attempt the zipper pulled away from coat cause it wasn't stitched properly. Then noticed they actually cut a whole section of my coat off. They had the nerve to try to charge me $70. 0 stars. I was quoted over the phone $15-$25 for a bridesmaid dress HEM just a hem I call to pick…read moreup my dress they tell me it's $95!!! Long story short. The owner would not budge on the price. They admitted to me that the young lady that quoted me the price was wrong and told me the wrong amount and the owner still WILL NOT honor the price!!! I would have never went there had I know the price. This place is close to me and quoted me cheaper than what I normally pay. The person I normally go to is $40 I should have just went there. As a business owner I have been in this situation before where I have honored the misquoted price. Very mean and unprofessional on the owners part! As for the other young lady caught in the middle was very sweet and professional. The owner not so much. Would not recommend going. Wrote this review on google but since the owner replied back belittling me saying "i am a liar and low class" and that IIII made his employee cry, I will be posting where I can. HE made the girl pay the difference OUT OF HER POCKET. She was crying on the phone I told the girl not to be upset that I don't want her in the middle to have the owner call me, the owner refused to call and the poor girl said she was afraid to lose her job!!!! Horrible owner the girls that work there are sweethearts but this guy is a J***OFF!!

So Instead of returning them, I brought them in to "Tailor While You Wait" and asked if they could add a bit of fabric to the back around the waist so they would fit me better and have the legs tailored. The woman had me put the jeans on and did the measurements for my waist and the hem, the only problem (and I take full responsibility) was when I changed into the jeans I never put my shoes back on... it would've been nice if she had suggested or reminded me that I should wear my shoes but it's my own fault. Anyways, they were busy so it took a few days but when I picked up my jeans I absolutely loved them (even with the hem alittle short w shoes on) they fit my waist and have been my favorite jeans!
