What sets them apart is their personal touch. Recently they called me to say they had found a gown, two dresses, blouses, and three sport coats that I had forgotten I had ever dropped off. The owner personally took the time to drive the garments to my home. I can't thank Cleaners Plus enough for their continued professionalism and consistant extraordinary value in all they do. Zero stars! Brought a coat in for a new zipper. First attempt and the zipper broke first use…read more Second attempt they put in a completely different color zippered. Third attempt the zipper pulled away from coat cause it wasn't stitched properly. Then noticed they actually cut a whole section of my coat off. They had the nerve to try to charge me $70. I would have never went there had I know the price. This place is close to me and quoted me cheaper than what I normally pay. The person I normally go to is $40 I should have just went there. As a business owner I have been in this situation before where I have honored the misquoted price. Very mean and unprofessional on the owners part! As for the other young lady caught in the middle was very sweet and professional. The owner not so much. Would not recommend going. Wrote this review on google but since the owner replied back belittling me saying "i am a liar and low class" and that IIII made his employee cry, I will be posting where I can. HE made the girl pay the difference OUT OF HER POCKET. She was crying on the phone I told the girl not to be upset that I don't want her in the middle to have the owner call me, the owner refused to call and the poor girl said she was afraid to lose her job!!!! I called Tailoring While You Wait because I had burned the sleeve of my down puffer winter coat. I got a very pleasant woman on the phone. She told me to stop by and she would take a look. (Other local cleaner to my area wouldn't touch the coat and only offered to attach a patch that I would have to purchase on my own). I brought the coat in, got the same woman. She showed me an elbow patch and we looked at each other, no. I could tell she knew what she was doing because she started looking all over the coat for fabric to use on the repair. She told me she could fix it but I wasn't sure how and she told me nobody would notice the repair except me. I was skeptical but had hope as it is my fav coat. Long story short, The coat was repaired good as new. I couldn't believe it. She had created an entire new sleeve section (not a patch) and the repair was UNDETECTABLE! Where the additional material came from I'll never know because the entire coat was intact inside and out. No joke it was a miracle. it was done in record time with what I consider a nominal fee. All these ladies were so great and I was treated kindly and professionally! The burn was sizable and all the way down to the inner lining! Thanks again! I'll be a returning customer!
