Zero stars! Brought a coat in for a new zipper. First attempt and the zipper broke first use. Second attempt they put in a completely different color zippered. Third attempt the zipper pulled away from coat cause it wasn't stitched properly. Then noticed they actually cut a whole section of my coat off. They had the nerve to try to charge me $70. 0 stars. I was quoted over the phone $15-$25 for a bridesmaid dress HEM just a hem I call to pick up my dress they tell me it's $95!!! Long story short. The owner would not budge on the price. They admitted to me that the young lady that quoted me the price was wrong and told me the wrong amount and the owner still WILL NOT honor the price!!! I would have never went there had I know the price. This place is close to me and quoted me cheaper than what I normally pay. The person I normally go to is $40 I should have just went there. As a business owner I have been in this situation before where I have honored the misquoted price. Very mean and unprofessional on the owners part! As for the other young lady caught in the middle was very sweet and professional. The owner not so much. Would not recommend going. Wrote this review on google but since the owner replied back belittling me saying "i am a liar and low class" and that IIII made his employee cry, I will be posting where I can. HE made the girl pay the difference OUT OF HER POCKET. She was crying on the phone I told the girl not to be upset that I don't want her in the middle to have the owner call me, the owner refused to call and the poor girl said she was afraid to lose her job!!!! I took a brand new dress here to be hemmed and got it back with part of the dress unraveling. I took it back and they pretty much didn't want to take any responsibility for it. They said it was delicate fabric and then basically called the dress cheap and cheaply made. But they charged me $45 just for the hemming (one layer). I gave them a chance to fix the slit part where it was unraveling and got it back nowhere near fixed. I didn't want to argue anymore so I just took my dress and left it at that. They didn't offer to refund or anything. Also, when I dropped off the dress, the shop was unable to give me a price for the hemming work. It wasn't until I picked up the dress that they told me how much the charge was. I will never come back here again. Over priced and unprofessional. Edited: The dress was brand new and ordered online with tags still attached. It wasn't off the rack at store. The dress was never worn and wasn't damaged before it was taken to the shop. If it was damaged I would have returned it. If the dress was damaged when it was dropped off, I'm not sure why I wasn't made aware of the damage. I didn't want to keep arguing with the staff as the woman kept calling it a manufacturer defect and that it was a cheap dress. Clearly the Owner isn't willing to hear any negative reviews. And as for the hemming, it wasn't perfectly done for the price I paid. I have already given you a chance to fix the issue and it wasn't fixed. You had the dress an entire week. I don't have time to come back a third time to have you try to fix it AGAIN. Unfortunately I am stuck with the dress as is. Only thing that could fix it now would be a refund, but I don't think that will happen. I'm not bashing, I am just sharing my experience. read more

The last two times I came here when I went to pick up my clothes after they were ready, they couldn't find them. The first time they had sent my shirts out to another dry cleaner and they hadn't come back yet so they didn't even have them in their possession and I had an interview the next morning. 3 strikes and Crest is out!! 1) Ruined my girlfriends dress and took no responsibility 2) Ruined my comforter...they gave me $100 credit 3) I picked up the 1 dress shirt that I brought in to be cleaned and then shortly after, picked it up once it was done (a few days ago). I took my suit and shirt to a conference in South Jersey last night, woke up this morning in my hotel to get dressed to find I had someone else's shirt (2 sizes too small). I was unable to attend my conference that started at 7:00am, with no stores open at that time to purchase a replacement, I missed my meeting and returned home. When I explained this to the owner, all he said was this must have been a mix-up and he would look around for my shirt. Not only did he not apologize, he made no effort to show any caring of what I went through and missed out on today, or the costs of my hotel, gas, tolls, time, etc. I got a call from someone about an hour ago, they found my shirt. A minimum expectation of a dry cleaner is to expect the same clothes back that you bring in, but cleaned. They need protocols. Epic 3rd fail! Time to find a new dry cleaner. My daughter's outfit was dropped at Creat Cleaners for a zipper repair. I picked it up yesterday at 2pm, paid $20 cash for the service, and brought it home. My daughter put it on this m for work, and immediately showed me that the zipper was still missing a tooth. I went to Crest at 8:50 and shared with the employee that I wanted my money back. She called her boss and said that she could not refund my money. I did speak to Robert, the owner, on the phone. I explained that the outfit was returned in the same condition that it was dropped off in. He insisted that I had to leave the outfit so his seamstress could evaluate it. I told him no, that I wanted my money Back because I paid for a service that his establishment did not deliver and his employee could take pictures of the outfit. He would not refund my money, so I said I would share my story on Facebook. He then started yelling at me, calling me by my last name. I ended the conversation, took the outfit, and did not get my money back. His employee was incredibly polite and attentive. Zero stars!!!! We previously loved Crest Dry Cleaners and their services. However, in December my boyfriend and I dropped off his dry cleaning as we had both a vacation and a funeral to attend. WE picked up the dry cleaning and a few days later went to pack for our trip, assuming his very nice, new, and expensive dress pants would be in there. We dropped off 6 pairs of pants and received two pairs that did not belong to him at all- not even close to his size!! No problem, simple fix: we will go back and return these pants, which clearly belong to someone else and pick up his pants, or so we thought. I arrived at Crest to not only find out they are under new ownership but that the previous employee who "handled" his dry cleaning was away and that there were no cameras at the time we dropped off or picked up our dry cleaning. The NEW owners looked at me like I was crazy as I requested to be given the correct pants that belonged to my boyfriend. They simply told me that no one on the ticket before or after him dropped off pants and that there likely was no mix-up?? The pants are NOT his, they do not fit him and ARE NOT the pants we dropped off. The new owners did not want to help in any way, they basically told me there was nothing they could do because they just took over the business. I stood there confused as to how they expected me to just leave without his pants that he 1. needed for a trip and funeral and 2. that belonged to him!! They asked me to leave and that they will call me when they speak to the worker. Eventually that afternoon (Christmas Eve) they called to say sorry but she has no idea what could have happened and that she does not remember there being any mix-up. I asked if we would be reimbursed for the two pairs of pants seeing as they were either given to someone else or lost?? I was told unfortunately there is nothing they can do. My boyfriend then tried calling numerous times and was either hung-up on or no one answered the phone. Essentially they stole his pants, giving them away to someone else. Not only did we pay for 6 pairs of pants to be dry cleaned and received only 4 back that belonged to us, but they gave away expensive dress pants!! With that being said, we were highly disappointed with the new ownership and their lack of customer service and compassion for a mistake that happened under their roof. I was very impressed that this establishment has hand sanitizers for staff and customers . They also are spraying down and sanitizing the area throughout the day . This is so refreshing and reassuring during crazy new reality of covid 19 Aside from that I have trusted crest for years now for all my dry cleaning needs . They give a discount when you pay ahead of time and they have never refused when I request my clothes be ready by the next day . read more

Horrible service and very unprofessional, wish there was a 0 star option. The owner even commented on my girlfriend's yelp review and got her review on google taken down... He commented and said that he didn't want to get his employee involved in the situation but yet when we asked her to have him call us he didn't so then after 2 hours we went to this very unprofessional and horrible establishment of a dry cleaner. The young lady that helped us was very professional and nice but of course a good employee being put into the trenches by an absolutely horrible "owner" who was very unprofessional and still is commenting and going back and forth with customers...so if he's acting like that towards my girlfriend who was a customer, it doesn't seem like he really cares about business or even customer service. Pretty sure he'll also comment on this so that just will prove how unhinged of a business owner he is, and I don't think you'd want to give someone like that your business. I've been going here for a couple of years now, but things have really changed. I bought an $85 button down short sleeve shirt. They ruined it, there were terrible stains all over it, it cannot be worn again. I wore it twice. Also, it was a wrinkled mess, like a 2 year old ironed it. Tried for the first time and my experience could not be worse. I came in the day after my 4 items were supposed to be ready. They could not find any! Told me they would call, no one did so I called later in the day. They found one item. The next day my husband went to pick up the remaining items and it took over a half hour to find 2 more items. The owner or manager is the worst person in customer service I've ever encountered. He was so rude! I dropped of a jacket for snap button replacement in brush nickel and they came back with black ones!! He must've assume that I was ok with it because not even a phone call was made to ask if it was ok or not. Then he tried to rush me out because he didn't want customers to witness the mistake that had occurred. The guy is clearly not in the right business or doesn't care about customer satisfaction especially being open for such a long time. My jacket was disfigured with a whole different look. Arrived in the area to attend a wedding and discovered a spot on the only suitable outfit. Two other dry cleaners on Fischer Blvd refused to help me out by doing a one day cleaning - I was there EARLY. The man at Crest agreed to do it. He did an excellent job, on time, reasonable - so I attended the wedding without being self conscious about it. Thank you Crest! I have been taking my clothes here for a while and always left a happy costumer, and the prices are more than reasonable. I would actually say it's quite cheap and would still be a repeat costumer even if the prices were to rise. I had recently decided to try a new place due to its great reviews, instant regret. Way way over priced and they sewed my great grandfathers shirt (which is very important to me) INSIDE OUT, you can see every poorly done stitch. To say the least I would never stray again. Been going here for a while but this last visit will most likely be my last. As well as anyone else I know. Just had one of the most unprofessional interactions. Took me every ounce not to say anything back. Today on Wednesday before thanksgiving I arrive at 1:50pm and apparently they close at 2pm. This is not posted anywhere except for a piece of paper scotched tape to the door. None the less the door was open and people inside. I go in to drop off something and pick something up. A transaction that takes about 2 minutes. A woman with back curly hair proceeds to scream and yell about how dare people come into this store at this time. She was rude and arrogant. She through my credit card back at me didn't give me a receipt. Just was unbelievably unprofessional. Told the girl next to her how she is going to f***ing lock the door on everyone. Yea definitely will never be going back to here again. And we gave them a ton of business as well. Small businesses need to learn to treat their customers with respect. read more
