I love coming into the studio because it sits on top of a coffee shop and the whole building smells so sweet and adds to the cozy feeling in the studio. I can't recall for sure, but she does speak canto. With my crappy chinese, I can still more or less understand her and speak my chinglish. She is great. Very nice and professional. She remembered how I liked my lashes when she did my fill. Quality wise, the lashes were awesome. My fill is still passable almost a month later. Definitely less shedding than the cheaper SJ locations I've gone to. Pricing above is with tax and tip, so I'm not sure what the actual base price is. I just know for the OG service, I got like 15% or 20% off. If I have time, this is walkable from home, so also very convenient. I wish they sold packages at a cheaper price. Not only is she super close by, making logistics a breeze, she is also an artist and a perfectionist! She is so good at making my lashes just right for my face and my eye shape. She listens to me and is always polite, patient, and attentive. I'll tell her certain things that I like and prefer and she always does her very best to be super accommodating. I find her price point to be extremely fair. Especially for the work she does. Easy when it comes to scheduling too. Very communicative and as sweet as can be. You go Janice! The space is shared and open. I'm used to private studios when I've gotten my lashes done in the past, but the building interior is so large, with high ceilings, that it doesn't matter that there are other people around. It gives Grecian vibes with these big ornate columns in the room. The aesthetics are cute and pretty in the shop too. I always appreciate the little touches in the bathroom.

I wish I had a more glamorous photo to share of my eyelash extensions but I decided to just take one now on a whim for this review. So this is what my lashes look like, straight out of bed, no brushing. This is it and it looks great. This photo is taken a couple days after a fill. Hayley is very good and I get the impression that she takes a lot of pride in her work. She's actually pretty fast given that she lashes almost every single lash, if not every single lash. I would know since I used to get "one to one" lashes with her. I am pretty particular about my extensions. And for me, her extensions last a long time. They still look really amazing at the end of 4 weeks. I also personally like them "not too long" since I also wear glasses and I like a mix of lashes. Hayley is really wonderful at what she does. I appreciate that she allows me to relax and sometimes even fall asleep during the fills. Even at 39 weeks pregnant with a giant belly, she offers these wedge pillows to make you more comfortable so you can lie on your side for the fills--which I think is very thoughtful and kind of her, especially because it seems like an inconvenience for her to be lashing at a weird angle. I actually have tried a few of the other technicians (Sandy and Daisy) and they are also very nice and good at what they do. Hayley is my favorite though so I will be getting my lashes done by her for as long as she is working! I've been with her for four years now. I highly recommend her. I'm not sure what happened but perhaps she didn't wash the developer out completely? My lashes got a very tight curl shortly after I left and looked tangled before they started breaking off and falling out over the next few days. I've had lash lifts before at other places and never had this experience. It's been about a month since the lift and they are starting to grow back in.

Typically, it's for an event or vacation and it always makes me feel so pretty and wake up feeling "ready to take on the world" with confidence. I ask for my lashes to look natural but pretty and she does them beautifully everytime. My favorite part- is she puts a warm blanket on me while I close my eyes and she does her lash magic on me! I'm very low maintenance and Tran never judges me for it. I don't even come back in to to get my lashes removed. After four weeks, they begin to shed and they just fall out one by one they still look nice. Longevity is great. I think next service I would like to try is a "lash lift", where she utilizes my existing lashes and gives it a baby perm and voilà, they can look nice and pretty for two months!
