We cannot say enough good things about Airrich Inc. They have serviced our HVAC system for several…read moreyears, and we have always been pleased with their professionalism and customer service. When our 18-year-old system finally stopped working, Airrich responded promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and all of our options. As the lady of the house, I especially appreciated that they spoke directly with me, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. After we decided to replace the system, Richard was kind enough to come back to our home and walk through everything with my husband, carefully explaining the installation process for the new full-size HVAC system. We also chose to add a mini-split unit in our basement, and once again, every option was discussed in detail so we could make the best decision for our home. The installation crew was outstanding--courteous, respectful of our property, hardworking, and professional. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up every speck of debris before leaving. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would give Airrich Inc. 10 stars if we could and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable HVAC service.

We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.
