Love that they use an online system alerting us of estimates, appointments, and invoices. They have ghosted us and will not send anyone out to fix the unit. Their company is more expensive than an independent contractor. I understand mistakes happen and sometimes people don't do their jobs; but the hardest part for me is the lack of communication and the attitude of the staff when dealing with a challenging situation. It's easy to be professional and courteous when you're taking someone's money so but that becomes harder when you need to actually do your job. I think there are a lot of HVAC companies, but this is not the one I would use again.
