This place really felt like a scam to me. If you're sitting in the chair and the Dentist comes out to tell you need a deep cleaning on your first visit, just say no and get the normal cleaning then find a new dentist. This happened to be one of the only dentists that was in-network for my dental insurance so I decided to check it out. Visit 1: I showed up and they took x-rays which is not unusual for a new dentist. What was odd was just how many they took and how painful it was with all the heavy pieces of plastic jammed in my mouth. I straight up told them it was never this time consuming, difficult or painful at any other office before. The dentist comes out, looks at the x-rays and tells me I need a deep clean. I think my wife has had this before so I knew it was a real thing but having been told this the moment I met this person felt a bit weird. Apparently it's not all covered by insurance but i figure it couldn't be that bad considering that it should be in network and covered at 90%. At this point I was given a choice but they were really pressuring me to get the cleaning which they do over 2 visits since it can make your jaw hurt on the side they do it on. I reluctantly agreed to it. The experience itself was pretty brutal. At one point when they were shooting me up with all the novocain, some dribbled down my throat and I felt i couldn't breathe and started having a panic attack. Luckily I was able to zone out and listen to my audio book while she took what felt like a jackhammer to my teeth. After I'm all done they show me how much I need to pay and I was like why is this not being covered all the way? It took them a minute but they figured out they keyed in the same quadrant twice by mistake so they corrected that. (By pen but they assured me it was fixed in the computer as well) Then they said, I needed to schedule the second appointment for the other half of my mouth within one month or the insurance wouldn't cover it as the same procedure or something like that. There was 1 appointment available in the entire time frame so I made it work. In retrospect, their non-chalant attitude around that aspect felt a bit odd. Visit 2: The Second side wasn't as bad. No panic attack this time . They did give me fluoride without asking which I wasn't pleased about. I prefer to use it at home instead of paying out of pocket for the price gouged version that dentists give you. Anyways, I paid my balance and they said I need to schedule a followup in like a month. I've been going to the dentist around twice a year for most of my life and this made 3 visits in 3 months. Visit 3: This time I'm seeing a hygienist. She was actually pretty good but I couldn't help but notice the guy one chair over. It's obviously his first day at the dentist and he's getting the same hard sell to get the deep clean. At this point I just had a really bad feeling about this place. I was wondering what they were going to tell me about my teeth this time. In the end I was kind of surprised that they didn't have anything bad to say about my teeth. Instead it was, "We'll keep monitoring your progress". Which is why I was extra surprised when the person at the counter tells me they want me to come back in 3 months. Apparently I'm on their list for periodontal cleanings now? I was like okay whatever. I paid my balance and scheduled. As the date was coming up I just kept dreading going back there so I canceled the appointment. I was shocked when they responded back, okay we'll cancel the appointment and send you a link to pay your outstanding balance. Wat? Since I had been paying my copays and outstanding balances at every visit I didn't really understand how I could have a balance. Then I looked back through the explanation of benefits and everything fell in to place. It seems that the insurance didn't think I needed the deep cleanings and only partially covered them. Imagine that. I wonder why I didn't know about. Oh, I see, the visits weren't even submitted to the insurance for charging until after my second visit. Oh right.... They pressured me into booking within one month. Well in the end I'm just glad to be out of there. Who knows how long they'd let me go without paying that balance. Ironically I ended up paying more at the in-network dentist than I would have paid anywhere else. read more

I referred my boyfriend to Dr.Raval for his teeth and gum treatment and we could not have been more happy with the overall experience at Love your Smile. The front-staff is extremely nice, the dental hygienists are friendly and capable, and Dr.Raval is flexible, professional, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend needed a lot of dental work and Dr.Raval was able to map out a guideline for how we can approach his treatment in a cost-effective and non-invasive manner that was understandable and prioritized my boyfriend's and teeth and gum health. Dr.Raval and his team explained the treatment plan in layman's terms and made us feel very reassured. He was also able to incorporate and answer any questions and concerns that we had and willing to make adjustments when we voiced them. I hate to leave one star review to my 6 year old dentist office. The doctors here are good, but the manager is rude and most staff doesn't have customer obsession. If you are late or cancel at last moment they will charge $75/hour (that they refund only if you show up on time in next appointment), plus you get a warning that they wont schedule you on your preferred day if you are late again - even to customers who are loyal for as long as 6 years. While doctor was willing to spend 5 mins to quickly visually inspect my 2 year old's baby teeth after wife's appointment was over, both manager and receptionist blocked us and told us to come back later or wait for 1 hour. There are plethora of dentists in SLU area who even pay you a bonus for switching. In this fierce competition among dentists, such customer un-friendly attitude won't help Seattle Scape Smile sustain for long. read more

I hate leaving this review because the hygienist I was seeing was great. I got pressured into scheduling a surgery that I went and got a second opinion for, the surgery was not warranted and they wanted to put me under. When I stated that I wanted a hospital based referral, I had an awful experience where the person over the phone was berating me and telling me how they already ran it through my insurance. I never got that referral despite being promised I'd get one. When they called to schedule a cleaning, I explained what happened and the person over the phone was dismissive and rude, and then said I should still schedule....I told them no. I keep getting text reminders to schedule despite opting out, so it reminded me to warn others that this place has rude front desk staff that don't care about your health. read more

Been a customer since 2012....Dr goldwire was the best dentist in this office and she left a few years ago, I've tried staying with these guys and the customer support loses quality year over year but today my loyalty/business was not considered so I am ready to choose another dentist in the area. To back the customer service point: One of their technicians scraped off a piece of my molar last year and pinched my gums so hard they bled DURING A ROUTINE CLEANING and they downplayed it and did nothing about the molar. Also it takes two two week to get a crown when some places give you the real one the same day. read more

Update: I got a second opinion from another dentist. They advised that I should get one filling, instead of the four plus fixing an old one SeattleScape said I needed. This new dentist also coded it as a 2-surface filling (which made sense when they showed me the spot in question on x-rays), as opposed to all 4-surface (re: more expensive) fillings that Seattlescape somehow decided I'd needed. Considering a 4-surface filling would mean a filling covering my entire tooth, and I never have anything bigger than pin-hole cavities (or fixing old fillings), well, let's just say I'm incredibly glad I got a second opinion. The other 3 spots SeattleScape said should be filled are ones this second dentist advised that we watch, as they weren't enough of a concern to warrant a filling at this point. (So why would a small not even fully developed cavity = one that's big enough to cover an entire tooth??? Yeah, good question.) And this new dentist didn't mention any filling that needed to be fixed. Huh. Also, I know when I need a filling when a dentist pokes at my tooth and the instrument "sticks." I've had many, many fillings since I was a kid, and I can say that SeattleScape did not have 4+ "sticky" points that they actually found, if that makes sense. Why people think they can pull the wool over my eyes is beyond me. I'm not a dentist, but I know my teeth and I can also put two and two together. Bottom line: a second opinion saved me over $500 on ultimately unnecessary dental work. I have a feeling SeattleScape gets all of its patients from Dental Health Services, which is crap insurance, so SeattleScape codes at the highest price so they can to get the most bang for their buck. In the five years that I have had dental coverage in Washington State, I've never had to pay anything out of pocket for my biannual teeth cleaning and x-rays. SeattleScape Smiles decided to perform a service, "FM radiographs," without informing me that I would be responsible for an almost $100 cost and I only found out a few weeks later through the Explanation of Benefits (which is not a bill but I know I'm going to see a bill later). Secondly, they informed me at the end of my appointment that I would need two fillings and they "proposed" that it would cost me about $80. I noticed language on the Proposed Treatment Plan document that said "this is only an estimate and not a guarantee of payment. Other fees may be invoiced a treatment progresses. Guarantor is responsible for all treatment rendered...I authorize the work to be completed ONCE IN THE CHAIR (emphasis mine)." Those words seriously threw up red flags for me. I then asked the receptionist if they have confirmed with my insurance company (Blue Cross Blue Shield) what the insurance company will pay and what I'm responsible for. She looked at me like I was crazy and said, "No, we usually don't call them. We've dealt with them enough to know what they will pay." O.O Oh yeah, the same way you checked which types of x-rays I'm covered for before you decided to take the really fancy ones, right? I went home and Yelped SeattleScape Smiles to find there are enough fishy-sounding reviews that I decided I wasn't going to go back. Tbh, I was pretty surprised and disappointed that I had to do this because SeattleScape is in-network for me and I never thought I'd have to make sure an in-network provider is not shady before using them. So I went back to my previous dentist (who is farther away but much more trustworthy) instead. Even though I signed the release form for my fancy x-rays, SeattleScape Smiles had "email problems" and "couldn't" send them to my other dentist. Why am I NOT surprised? On the plus side, SSS gives you a welcome pack with a $10 Starbucks gift card to offset the $100 dollars they'll charge you later. read more

My insurance company has negotiated rates for specific services - and this office tries to bill me in excess of those rates. The billing representative is quite rude and argumentative, and claims not to have a full record of explanation of benefits in her system, which to me shows sloppy record keeping . SeattleScape Smiles smacked me in the mouth...or at least that's what it feels like. To start, I went in for a "routine cleaning." I practice good hygiene and visit the dentist twice annually. It's evening, and my mouth still hurts. I inspected my mouth, and discovered red lines all over my gums. Here's the scoop... The hygienist: *Scratched my gums with her metal scaler *Used the ultra-sonic scaler incorrectly, and "lasered" my gums instead of cleaning my teeth *Applied pressure to my gums with her metal mirror instead of supporting it with her hand *Hit my teeth repeatedly when she was moving instruments in and out of my mouth *Pinned my lips against my cuspids repeatedly--youch! *Stabbed my gums during the periodontal examination (This is the reason for my gum ache. I don't mean to be dramatic, but she went really deep and it hurt. When I confronted her about the force she was applying, she said, "it's normal to have sensitivity when you have gum disease." I do not have gum disease. Her measurements were 2 points higher than my examination 7 months ago. The dentist didn't agree with her measurements. So yeah, I got stabbed.) *Skipped teeth during the polish (I didn't mention it, because I wanted the appointment to end) At the end of the appointment (hooray), she asked me if I would like to reschedule now or if I'd like to receive a postcard reminder. To be polite, I opted for the postcard. She hands me the postcard and asks me to address it to myself. Is it just me, or is that weird? I expect businesses to address correspondence to clients. At that point, I said I wasn't coming back. Awkward. To be clear, the hygienist was cordial. I don't think she was intentionally careless. The staff was pleasant (the receptionist even gave me a Starbucks Gift Card). The dentist was warm. But, that doesn't make my mouth hurt any less, and I'm going to take Ibuprofen before I go to bed. My review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention the use of the word "courtesy," in the new client paperwork. They describe standard office practices as courtesies. For example, SeattleScape Smiles bills your insurance as a courtesy. Most business communication thanks clients for their patronage. The tone of the new client paperwork at SeattleScape Smiles is "we're doing you a favor." To quote Yelp, "Eek! Methinks not." read more

Do. Not. Go. Here. After having a throat infection that correlated with my wisdom teeth coming in, I called up Smiles on Madison. They fixed me up with some antibiotics and painkillers, and my throat infection cleared up relatively quickly. I was sent to their other location, to Dr. Peter Wong, to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Nobody loves the dentist. And some of us, are scared shitless of the idea of a stranger rummaging around in the soft tissues of your mouth with some sharp instruments under a bright light. I am one of these people. I was very scared for this procedure. After gassing me, Dr. Wong attempted to tell me that only two of my wisdom teeth needed extraction, as my uppers were located, "Waaaay up in the sinuses. You can come back later to have those done- it's much easier for us then." No. No, Dr. Wong. I informed Dr. Wong that I was to have all four out, and that it was quite obvious that my uppers were coming in, and not living somewhere up in my sinuses; you could feel them with your finger tip. Upon palpating my uppers himself, he declared to his dental assistant that he'd examined the x-ray wrong and that all four did indeed require extraction. Perhaps it was greed, perhaps it was true error, but either way, who would trust a doctor who wasn't even certain which procedure they're doing? This same lack of attention to detail accounts for instruments left in patients, serious healing issues, malpractice suits, etc. As a result of feeling scared prior to the procedure, and not trusting Dr. Wong, I began to experience a high amount of anxiety, unusual for me. I was hyperventilating, sweating, and trying to communicate that I was still able to feel the area being operated on. Dr. Wong gives up, with my upper and lower left wisdom teeth half extracted and sends me packing. I was informed by the dental hygienist that the oral surgeon they'd like to refer me to isn't open 'till monday. I am sitting here, right now, mouth full of gauze, with two teeth HANGING IN MY MOUTH. How does this not count as a dental emergency? After calling my original dentist, who in turn called Dr. Wong (who, from the sounds of it, tried to smooth over the ordeal) I was essentially written off. I spent the last hour trying to find an oral surgeon available to fix my mouth, to no avail. Allow me to be clear: I come from a family of medical professionals. Doctors, nurses, vets. I know the medical arena. What has been done to me, is not okay in any way. A doctor doesn't give up on a half-done procedure and send a botched patient home with no real direction, remedy or resolve of any kind. Do not go here. read more

I LOVE these guys! I went to my previous dentist for around eight years. I had never missed my semiannual cleaning until the last time I visited. After being told I needed an extra deep cleaning (costing me some serious dinero), the doctor mentioned I had 13 cavities!! Seriously? I've only had two cavities in my entire life! I got the heck out of there and got a second opinion. When I met with the folks at SeattleScape Smiles, I was very impressed with the level of service they provided from the moment I walked in. After an unfortunate weekend in SF left me biting down on a rock in my brown rice, I was forced to go to the dentist as it left me with a broken filing on my molar. Needless to say, I hadn't seen a dentist in gawd knows how long. And I am not to partial to the thought of going to one either. My experiences before Seattlescapes have left me vary wary of the dental profession. And I was always at the dentist as a child, with orthodontia, oral surgery and just your routine dental work. So I have tons to compare this experience too. SeattleScapes was great! Not only do they have the nicest and most awesome staff, but over my 6 appts in the last 2 months I also saw 2 of the 3 dentists. They were both equally nice and I couldn't have asked for a better care plan. What I liked the best is that they explained EVERYTHING. I am a very curious person and really was happy that I didn't ever have to ask what was going on. They told me before, during and after each procedure what was happening. They were gentle and always asked if I was alright throughout the process. And the best part is that after having all four quadrants of my mouth worked on (because that rock did a little less damage than the 5+ years without a dentist visit) ... my mouth feels great! The office is the best combination of new technology that speeds up almost every dental process and an awesome overall cleanliness. Oh and that I could walk to the location was great, but I even drove a couple times and parking was always readily available. I am in love with SeattleScape! After years of being a total baby when it came to getting my teeth cleaned I finally grew a pair and made an appointment. I was able to get in pretty quick (within a week) to see Dr Bill and his team. Since I went so long in-between cleanings (5+ years) I ended up having to have a deep clean done as well as a cavity filled. The team was great with working with me on a payment plan for all the work -- and I got a bag of goodies after my initial visit and a complimentary teeth whitening kit after the second one. There was no standard dental shame for waiting so long between appointments and they understood that not everyone flosses as much as they should... not pointing fingers or anything... ;) Totally recommenced them! I tried out this dentist because I'm from MI and didn't want to travel back home for a dentist appointment. A friend recommended this place, and I'm glad she did! My insurance is based in MI, and that was not a problem. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and did all of the calling to obtain the right information. I had my teeth cleaned and they caught a small cavity that has been developing (which I have known it was a problem area). The doctors were very up-front and honest about their opinion and I was very happy with their extensive knowledge and friendliness as well. Whitney is the hygienist who cleaned my teeth - she's very gentle and knows exactly what she's doing. I look forward to seeing her again for my regular cleaning. read more

The hygienist was thorough in her cleaning while maintaining a comfortable touch. The doctor showed me some areas to keep an eye on, but didn't push any dental work. I started a new job and definitely had a lot of dental to do with this new insurance and needed Saturday appointments. I've been seeing Dr. Bajwa and he is FANTASTIC. Educating, patient, considerate, wonderful with his staff and very thorough. I had a crown less than 3 years old (from New York dentist that broke). Dr. Bajwa's replacement looks and feels better and the whole experience was great - which you don't hear people say about dentists often. HIGHLY recommend him. And a few friends see other dentists in the practice and report highly as well. read more

I have been going here for close to two years now, and have gotten multiple services done here from: - routine cleaning - fillings - X-rays - teeth whitening ...and after ever service I was happy. They listened and really tried to make it as painless as possible. No one likes going to the dentist so they already have their work cut out for them, but they really do like to make you comfortable. Moved to Washington a couple years ago and was sad to leave my dentist back home. Thankfully through a friend found this lovely place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Dr. Commons was very helpful in getting a dental plan set up for my boyfriend, who will have to have some more work done later this year. I like the early morning appointments for which they are very flexible given enough advance. Plus there is almost always lots of parking, and in Seattle it always seems to be a headache. I've been going to SeattleScape smiles for about 4 years now, with a cleaning every 6 months. Great office staff, hygienists, and doctors, and convenient walking distance from where I live/work. Loved my hygienist Whitney (who has recently moved on from SeattleScape), very bubbly, down-to-earth gal and we'd always talk about upcoming 5k/half-marathons. Drs. Andy Trinh and Bill Wong are transparent and upfront about costs and potential dental work needed to be done. I have had several fillings and a bridge that is nearly 10 years old (done by past dentists), and both Drs. have mentioned that I'd need to replace it down the road. That said, they have suggested we continue to keep good care of it, so that we could stretch out it's life expectancy as long as possible. This goes to show that they genuinely care about my teeth (and wallet!). There's a Keurig machine in the office lobby, and everytime I leave, they give me a goodie bag of: toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, mouthwash, and special eye-loop floss (for my bridge). While being held hostage in Seattle as a caregiver for my father I encountered the need for a dental cleaning and to take care of a small tooth sensitivity issue. Phoning them up - Kelsey (runs the office) was beyond helpful, super knowledgable, polite and was able to get me in within the following few days. You could hear her smile through the phone and that alone was comforting to me and my insane dental fears. The office was a busy one (both visits I went) which is obvious that the practice is thriving and a great one at that. The location is super cool too and absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness - not just as it's a new location, but looking around while there you can tell it's being very well maintained. My hygienist (Laurie) was out of this world in terms of her abilities - letting me know what was going on every step of the way, super patient with me and very gentle - beyond my expectations. I would fly from Phoenix here just to have my teeth cleaned by her if that's any indication of how how special and proficient she was during my visit. I've had an obscene amount of cosmetic dentistry (full set of front veneers, bridges and the works) in my hometown and most of which being IV sedated as I'm superchicken in the teeth department. She prepped me for the dentist and did an incredible and pain free job as well. Thank you Kelsey and Laurie for taking such great care of me! Also - I wasn't asked or approached to write this review. Great dentist and friendly staff. I've been going here for almost 3 years and have always had a great experience. Being Seattle, surprisingly there is always parking right outside of the office for really cheap (I think it's only $1 an hour). Front desk ladies are always nice and get to know patients by name. I always request the dental hygienist Whitney, she is awesome, makes sure nothing is hurting while she's poking around, and doesn't ask you questions while there's stuff in your mouth expecting you to answer! The dentist is great too - last cleaning visit they found 2 cavities (oops) and changed the schedule around to get it taken care of right then so I didn't have to drive in from Issaquah again another day. Very convenient and thankful! Overall great dentist - generally hate going to them but feel at home here! P.S. They also have a Keurig in the waiting room! :) read more

These guys are great! I love the clean and friendly atmosphere of the place. The receptionists up front, the dental assistants and dentists all made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable for my appointment. Despite feeling very nervous for my dental appointments in the past, this one was a breeze. If you have a complex issue, look elsewhere! If you want anything beyond general cleaning, this is not the right place as both their doctors and staff can only handle simple cases. Staff: - Gets frustrated if you need to reschedule. - Promised to tell me my insurance coverage before a complex procedure which they couldn't figure out in time. They also needed to decide if they will do two procedures or one. I had to cancel my appointment on the day of the procedure as I had no idea what was happening, how long will it take (I need to take time off work) and how much I will be paying. Now they slapped me with a $100 cancellation fee even though it was their fault for not being prompt with replying back and keeping their promise. read more

It started out bad from the start with a hygienist who was the absolute worst at x-rays I ever dealt with. Jammed it in my mouth super hard. I have a small mouth. It was too big and hurting me first from the force from shoving it in there and extremely hard to bite down on without hurting a lot. I had tears down my eyes at one point. Hygienist acted oblivious.Never had that problem before. It's always a little uncomfortable, but that was downright painful. Then they told me they have a better x-ray system, that I stood up in, but no forewarning of the extra cost! Two visits later they are just plain awful at comfort. I used them because they were close to where I live, but I'd rather go back to a dentist office I like. Plus, I'm only here because they will nag you in email constantly for a review. They want one? I'm new to Seattle and needed to find a dentist to finish some work I had started before I moved. SeattleScape Smiles were accepting new patients and I was able to get in relatively soon. The receptionist was very flexible with my schedule and even called me the day of my appointment to see if I'd like to come in earlier, which worked out even better for me. Also, my insurance was being uncooperative and between Abbey the friendly receptionist and the dentist himself, they worked everything out flawlessly. I was booked with Dr. Peter Wong and he's tops in my book. Very friendly, very informative, kept me up to speed during the process and even found a second cavity that my other dentist had missed only months earlier. And the part I dreaded the most - getting that uncomfortable shot in my mouth to numb the area - was hardly even noticeable. I don't keep up with the latest advances in modern dentistry, but I was impressed with the technology they were using. They took pictures during the entire process with a digital camera and then showed me before and after shots so I could understand the work they did. Impressive! Very friendly and helpful staff, and quality hygienists who let you know what to expect up front. Dr. Goldwire has been my dentist for my last two visits, and I highly recommend her. During one visit she attended to some fillings I required, and she worked with me to ensure my bizarre sensitivities to certain anesthetic medications were accommodated (whereas previous dentists just gave up and subjected me to unnecessary pain). I don't feel so anxious about dentist appointments these days thanks to the team here. read more

A cavity. One little cavity put me through hell. Actually, I can't blame the cavity; that was just nature telling me to floss. Hell's front gate is the glass entry door to SeattleScape Smiles. So after two visits and several months of severe discomfort--none of which I'd felt until I got worked over by Seattlescape Smiles--I went to see another dentist. He was horrified by what he saw. He wanted me to name names, wanted to know who had done all that hack work on my teeth, just so he could warn his friends and family to stay far away. I resisted, not wanting to play the snitch, even after he showed me x-rays and explained the damage done and the problems overlooked. He even asked me if I was sure that it wasn't the receptionist that had stepped in to fill my cavity. I left his office with my mouth feeling infinitely better but with my blood boiling. While I was at the SeattleScape office, I saw a lot of polish and flash, all sorts of cool computers and cutting-edge equipment, but found very little in the way of skill and proficiency. Or any ability to make the patients feel even slightly better. Both times I went in, I felt as though they (by they, I mean Dr. Wong) cherry-picked the quick and easy problems just to get me out of the office without addressing any of my concerns, especially the pain that I'd specifically pointed out. My new competent dentist couldn't understand how these problems had been missed. I told him that they weren't missed, just ignored. After all this, they had the gall to bill me a hundred dollars for missing an appointment. It was worth paying the fee just to stay out of their chair and avoid another round of bungling. In a perfect world, I would be sending them the bill that I had to pay to have someone go in and fix their 'work.' But I guess in a perfect world, I never would have had the bad luck to walk into their office in the first place. Oh well, live and learn. Avoid, for the love of god and your gums, avoid at all costs. read more

Horrible service. My insurance wasn't valid for two more weeks after I went in for a cleaning (didn't know that at the time). I received the bill and called the receptionist Jackie about it and she said she would get back to me by the end of the day. She didn't so I called the next week about it and she was able to tell me my insurance wasn't accepted and I needed to pay the bill. Because it was $300 I wasn't planning on paying in the first place, I called the next day to get on a payment plan. I was told the office manager was out of the office and my name was taken down, I tried the next week, the week after and finally called twice the next week. When someone was finally able to help me, they told me they had sent my bill to collections. I told them how many times I had called and the receptionist said they didn't have record of it. Please consider people on the other end of the line, you wouldn't want your credit messed up either just because someone else couldn't give you the common courtesy to call back and help set up a payment plan in the first place. I had called over 5 times total since I got the bill. No one calls me back about my bill but someone had time from Scape Smiles to call and leave me a message "telling me it was time to schedule my regular cleaning". Please do your job and follow up with people when you say you will. read more

Dr Peter Wong has been my dentist for about ten years -- first at Hidden Valley Smiles in Bellevue, and now at SeattleScape Smiles, now that I've moved to Seattle. What do we look for when we choose a dentist? Well, I look for an expert who is thorough, who will not later leave me questioning the quality of his or her work. I look for an innovative office that is using the most technologically advanced tools and procedures. I look for an office that has a professional, friendly team. SeattleScape Smiles shines in all of these areas. Dr Wong has always been patient, skillful, and proactive with my treatment. He takes the time to make sure I'm well-educated about the condition and treatment of my teeth. His staff is top-notch...they know my name when I walk in the door (which is not necessary, but is very nice!). They make me feel like I'm the only patient there, and that they're here to take care of only me. Dr Bajwa did a root canal for me last month -- a procedure I had been dreading -- but one that turned out to be (thanks to Dr Bajwa) a very easy-going experience for me...and one that wrapped up much more quickly than was expected. Before I had discovered Dr Peter and his team, I bounced around a few dentists' offices for some time, looking for a good match. The overall atmosphere of the business was very appealing; the receptionists were professional and polite and made me feel very welcome when I first entered. The overall staff were amazing and quite helpful when I had any questions about my dental health. I would recommend this establishment to any person who is seeking a, cooperative, customer friendly, and family friendly dentistry office. I am from Ontario Canada and they had no issues what so ever helping me with transferring my insurance from another country.
