The owner was lovely -- super friendly, helpful without hovering, and so easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she carries and the people who walk through the door. Lots of beautiful pieces, including some unique European labels I haven't seen elsewhere. Whether you're looking for a gift or just a little "treat yourself" moment, this spot is it. I wanted to get multiple candles, but left with one candle, one really nice shoulder bag (this is what drew me here in the first place, as I had seen it in the window and returned when they were open), and a lip balm ahead of the chilly winter weather that has arrived! I will say the prices here are a bit high, but everything here is of very high quality, and in comparison to the manufacturer or brand websites of the items I purchased, the prices were actually very close in comparison. It also always makes me feel good to support local businesses that are creating the flavor of the city we live in.

My father-in-law wanted a particular Steelers jersey. This jersey was sold out at competing businesses, but this Rally House had it in stock for the usual price. I ordered the jersey through their website, and a store employee soon shipped it through USPS Ground Advantage. The next day, the USPS delivered the package to me. The store employee had packed the correct product and the correct size. My father-in-law enjoys this jersey very much. I feel thankful that this store sold it to me. Please note that I have not visited this store in-person recently, so I do not know how the employees communicate.

As someone who loves to travel, I love picking up random items from my travels, little things here and there, but you know most of it tends to be cheaply made stuff that really isn't anything you want to display- mostly stuff you put in a box, but the things sold at Love, Pittsburgh really are works of art. You can get literally pieces of Pittsburgh art, essentially everything sold there is from local artists which makes it even better. Candles, cool postcards, notebooks, coasters, so many cool items, all with a great flare to it that's truly unique to Pittsburgh and again, they're good quality and the prices aren't sky high. Utalitarian like most Pittsburgh buildings. But the Terminal houses such an eclectic collection of places that it's almost absurd. Back to back you can find wine, ice cream, books (SUPPORT YOUR INDEPENDENT BOOKSELLERS!), VR game rooms, a facial salon (giggity), an Asian food hall, independent beer brewers... There's literally a little of everything. The Terminal is the sort of place where you intend to go for one thing and spend the rest of the hour wandering looking at cool stuff. Let's start off with what I don't like...umm I can't think of one thing that I don't like but I have a million reasons otherwise. The quality....the clothing is built to last. I've had t-shirts that are at least 5 years old and they look practically new after many washes. No fading at all. I have totes, crossbody bags, socks, keychains, candles...and various other clothing items. No complaints whatsoever. The store is beautiful, rustic, nostalgic and pays homage to the area where the store is situated. I miss the downtown location but the store in the Strip serves us well. If you have yet to visit you're definitely in for a treat!
