She barely rubbed my feet. My nails already look like I need to have them redone. They look like I've had the polish on over a wk and you can see a gap between polish and end of nail bed like my nails grew out. She barely cut my cuticles even though I told her multiple times to cut more. After she was done she left so I had to ask the owner to please cut my cuticles more. She did and told me yeah the other lady was tired. She's been there all day but of course they still charged me full price. This place is not very clean. It was dirty, messy and they don't use tub liners on pedicure tubs. There were stains on the carpet. I made an appt for 2 at 415. They finally got me started at 430 but the other person I took with me didn't get started until almost 5 so we couldn't talk much and then I had to wait 30 min for her to be done. Won't be going back. Upset I paid $80 for this now I need to pay more to get it redone.

Then a lady comes in as a WALK IN and asks for her eyebrows to be done she then stops doing the ladies nails to do this other ladies eyebrows. I did not leave the nail salon till 4:30.
