Nice little coffee spot with lots of space. Enjoyable atmosphere and friendly staff. This place got packed while we were visiting and unfortunately one of the groups was rather impeding and rude which damped our experience a bit but that is not a reflection of the cafe. Overall, the food came out quickly and was tasty but lacking a little seasoning, the drinks were hot with sweet little notes on them. And the staff was awesome and kind. I would love to see a little pop of color in the building, it felt a little drab - they have lots of space for potential though! We handpicked this place because of the photos of all the windows and natural light and were disappointed to find all the blinds were drawn, so it just felt kind of dark and tight. Some ambiance music would be great too - we noticed there are several musical instruments and a stage so maybe there's live music nights or something similar that I am unaware of? It's a nice place to visit, and I think a few tweaks would really set this place apart! read more

Excellent establishment! Walked over while truck is getting an oil change at local dealer. Pleasantly greeted by a lovely young lady who assisted me with my first introduction to their menu of breakfast goods. Ordered the egg wich with the scrumptious scone and a simple coffee with milk! EVERYTHING. That this business stands for.. I only wish I found it sooner! My friend got a chai latte and I got one of their featured drinks - a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte (iced). The staff write personal, positive messages on the cup. The staff wrote "be confident" on mine and it was like having an extra pick-me-up. We both really enjoyed our drinks and I believe they are very reasonably priced. No burnt coffee and it's not too sweet. They can do just about anything with the drinks you order (sugar free, nondairy, GF, Vegan, etc.) and have a wide selection of food items all throughout the day. No pictures of the drinks, but the atmosphere is so clean and inviting. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place or somewhere to enjoy live music - Love Coffee is your place! If you love a good photo-op, they got you covered! The staff were so welcoming/courteous and I love that they are friends with each other. They also have some great t-shirts, hoodies, and bags that they are selling. Lastly, this business also accepts donations to go toward their overall mission and anyone should consider donating to such a great business! read more

Love Coffee is sensory heaven if you prefer to study in a quiet space without overhead music or too much overlapping noise. I wanted a cinnamon roll and was NOT disappointed, it was the best cinnamon roll I've had in years. Everything is made from scratch! The folks who work here include members of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability community. They are friendly, fast, and happy to stop and chat about featured art pieces along the front window. I went here for breakfast before a busy day of meetings. I really wanted a savory breakfast, but they were out of a lot of their menu, so I got a nutty muffin and was pleasantly surprised! I also got a sugar free iced vanilla latte and it was so good. The woman behind the counter was so sweet and everyone in there working was also extremely nice. It was a calm and quiet vibe, but also not too quiet to where it made the room uncomfortable. Can't wait to go back on my next visit. read more

I really enjoy coming to Love Coffee on Business Loop. Their coffee is fantastic, Highlander Grogg is the only flavored coffee I enjoy from anywhere, and I walked out of there with 2 bags of it. They have plenty of seating and conveniently located on the business loop. This would be a great place to do some work on your computer or get together with some friends. The cafe has a full coffee bar and serves artisan baked goods, along with a small breakfast and lunch menu. Everything is made completely from scratch, and produced with the help of those who have intellectual and developmental differing abilities or other barriers to employment. I love the mission of this coffee shop! That being said, they have great coffee and a nice dining area and outdoor patio area. The place was very clean. Stopped in after staying over in Columbia for a night. Found the Yelp review and chose it for the morning coffee stop. Upon entry I almost bypassed the business due to its white exterior and poor signage for a non-local seeking this business. Parking was a bit congested, yet ample if going cautiously. The interior was open concept; a large group of people were having a meeting upon my visit and I was unable to view their coffee merchandise. There were plenty of tables & chairs: high and low; several customers with coffee and computers; the ordering area was a bit confusing yet staff were very kind and helpful. They offered several kinds of brews. A display of pastries; breakfast & lunches with a kitchen on site. There was an $11 sack lunch which I thought was a really unique offering I haven't seen at many coffee shops! This business gives the feel as if they're just starting. I don't know when they began, so I have no idea; yet, it feels that way. As if they haven't yet created their full vision. A bit of this-a bit of that, and room to grow. Nothing wrong with this yet as an out of towner with no allegiances, it felt... interesting. Coffee I chose was already brewed in a carafe. It was flavorful, and EXTREMELY HOT.
