I got a ginger molasses cookie and a white chocolate americano. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was! I LOVED the flavor of their espresso and the cookie had the best flavor and texture. I know it's just coffee and a cookie but I've had coffee from bakeries before that was worse than what you get from a Keurig lol so to actually get a coffee that was enjoyable was a shocker to me. I will definitely be back to try more items!

After trying several of their baked goods at local coffeeshops in Tacoma area, I discovered an…read moreopportunity from social media that they were having a pop up at their own brick and mortar baking kitchen, with collab with local coffee, Civic Roasters, a few months back. I know they do not have regular open hours for just walk in purchase, but rather, they're custom order type business, but I have yet to place any custom orders so I cannot speak to that experience. What made me write this review is how accurate the owner (Brianne) described cake and desserts in the description and the baked goods taste matched 200% of the description. The pistachio cake was out of the world, so was the whoopie pie!!! I got to meet Brianne in person and she was very friendly, and was kind to explain everything about each of her baked goods she had out that day. I've tried their baked goods from pop tarts to cookies to housemade Twinkie and the creation and taste are unmatched. Single serve baked goods were more on pricier side, but well worth every bite. I would definitely order custom baked goods from here, knowing the quality and taste of products from this shop!!! Currently, you can find Spilled Butter baked goods at Cosmonaut coffee, Outer Dark Coffee, and at Tacoma Farmers Market (also known as Tacoma Broadway Farmers Market) from time to time. Enjoy!!!

**Absolutely Amazing!**…read more I couldn't have been happier with my Cigar/Raiders themed cake and cupcakes! From the very beginning, they truly listened to my ideas, understood my vision, and helped bring everything together even better than I imagined. The final cake was absolutely beautiful and perfectly matched what I had envisioned. And it didn't just look amazing--it tasted fantastic! The guests loved it, and I've had several people ask me where I got the cake made. That alone says everything! The attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to really listen made the entire experience wonderful. Thank you for helping make the birthday boy's celebration even more special. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be back for my next special occasion!

The cutting cake was so beautiful - literally the cake of my dreams and prettier than any Pinterest photo. We ordered the V GF orange cake with Bavarian cream. The cake was almost gone by the end of the night and we had multiple guests ask where it was from because of how good it was. The tasting experience was fun and the staff were very nice/helpful with recommendations and questions. Thank you Corina for my dream wedding cake

I always pass by this shop, so today I finally decided to come in and give it a proper try…read more Ambiance: It's definitely very inviting. The floral arrangements and product displays were clearly designed with great care. All the items are wrapped in plastic wrap to keep them fresh. The shop is quite spacious, and the interesting paintings on the walls really leave an impression. All of this plays a huge role in building up their customer base. Service: The signage inside is clear, and everyone lines up in an orderly way. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they even asked if I wanted my bread warmed up. The order came out very fast--overall, a great service experience. Taste: I ordered two pastries: an almond croissant and a chocolate croissant. The almond croissant was packed with ingredients, with a thick, rich layer of processed almond filling in the middle. The texture was great--highly recommended! However, the chocolate croissant was a total disaster!!! My first bite was actually satisfying; the chocolate flavor and texture were rich. But on my second bite, I realized... it was underbaked. So disappointing.

I did put it at four stars because the customer service was lacking a little bit. The young woman at the front wasn't super friendly and when I asked what kind of jam was on the top of the thumbprint she said she didn't know.
