The nail trimming service is on a first come first serve basis. This is my second visit, I medicated my dog, prior to going ... I was hoping this would avoid any problems, like last time. My dog has anxiety, when it comes to trimming her nails. Like my previous/first visit I asked for my dog to be muzzled, prior to going back. Last time they wouldn't, it was disastrous. This time I had to beg, the tall woman was really difficult to deal with. There was a petite, short lady who was very helpful and there is a woman, taller in stature with dark blonde hair who is extremely rude. I really was hoping this would be a positive visit. I'm giving them three stars because of the helpful lady, who was petite. It's unfortunate, they don't take appointments for nail trims. It would've been a lot less stressful for all parties involved.

I chose this company for many reasons, particularly that it came highly recommended from a friend, but I'd be lying if I said that part of the reason wasn't because of the keepsakes and the fact that I thought I was going to for sure get an ink print of his paw so I can get it tattooed. I will take some responsibility in the fact that I was not the person to directly talk with anyone as I had Less than 24 hours between realizing that my dog was terminal and needing to put him down, so I handed that responsibility off to my fiancé, who was informed that I really really wanted an ink print. But he didn't know/think specifically to ask for ink when he called the company and just said paw print. It is standard for them to give a ceramic paw print, but not ink. We just went and picked everything up and while everything else was absolutely beautiful, to say that I am absolutely DEVASTATED to not have a true ink print of his paw with all the little nuances specific to my baby is an understatement. I think it's important to add that in here because a couple other reviews that I read between yelp and Google specifically stated getting ink prints (they all said they weren't expecting them, but it did make it sound like it was a regular thing) which is why I didn't double down and follow back up myself to make sure that this happened The girl working the front desk was so sweet and did her absolute best to try to get a quick one from the mold that was used for the ceramic, but it's just not the same and it's definitely not exact With that said, this company was timely in pickup and absolutely everyone we've interacted with was so sweet. It truly does seem like they take care of your pet as if it were their own. What we got, which is the standard: ceramic paw print with his name, plain cedar box with his ashes, for clippings, and a heart shaped paper with wildflower seeds in it to plant. A ferret cremated in Jan 2022 was $115. The same service for another in May 2023 was $245. Today, as we prepare for another to cross over, I was quoted $258. I was told that prior to the corporation taking over they offered a "pocket pet" rate. This is no longer offered. Very disappointing.
