I bring my Honda there for everything from oil and filter changes, new tires, and any mechanical work my car needs. Every experience has been wonderful. Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ron's Tire & Service Shop for always taking such great care of both me and my car. That in turn caused my car to shudder pretty violently. I didn't know what it was so I brought it to them in a panic with no appointment. They looked at it for me, assured me everything was fine, and didn't even charge me. So nice of them. And it was fine. When I drove it home from work there was no issue. Needed new front brakes a few weeks ago - they did it quickly and at a very reasonable/affordable cost. I am always happy with this shop so I wanted to add another review, as I've brought it in a few times since my original visit. I will continue to go here exclusively. Even just for my oil changes. Comparable in cost to those drive thru places but the service is next level.

Tim (behind the counter) explained they'll pull it out, see if the tire is leaking, and we'll go from there. Luis (in the garage) took my car and let me know if the tire is punctured and leaking it'll need to be replaced based on where the nail was stuck. (Blargh.) Then after getting the nail out and checking it for a leak, I got the great news that it wasn't leaking. (Yay!) Luis took my car for a quick test drive to confirm the tire sensor didn't kick on (it didn't) and handed it back to me. They took my car on time, kept me up to date and every step, and used a floor mat to keep my car clean. The whole appt only took about 30 minutes, and they had free WiFi so I was able to work while I waited. I got lucky this time, and they certainly earned my business when it's time to make a real tire/service purchase.

They go above and beyond and treat your vehicle with care. Short story - Nick accidentally damaged one of my undercarriage splash guard and brought it to my attention right away. I had towed to him. The attention to detail on what needed to be done was better than I would have gotten at a MB dealer. They sent pictures code diagnosis receipt to my email with cost details. My repairs were $4k+ I asked Jr for his advice he was honest so I went ahead with all the repairs even the you can wait in this one or that I am glad I did my car runs awesome.
