Ok, first the "price is right", you get generous portions at a surprisingly affordable price. We ordered the Joseph breakfast special consisting of two eggs, two protein (chicken patties) and Hash browns for $8.99. My only gripe is they didn't season anything, salt & pepper packs are cool but seasoning needs to be cooked in to maximize flavor profiles. The corn beef sandwich was stacked with tender and tasty meat, topped with coleslaw "Yummy". The sandwich was so big I had to share it. This is a must try. Service: Excellent customer service. Ambiance: Clean and orderly restaurant with an old school diner vibe. Oh... don't forget a slice of cake!

I've had a few orders that wasn't made right. They don't offer refunds and sometimes have complete amnesia when you call and try to get the problem rectified. I would say to pull over and check your food like you would at any other fast food restaurant. This may keep your headache to a minimum. While it was loaded, it might have been a little too loaded--so many toppings that it overwhelmed the burger a bit. The only real downside was not having a place to sit and eat. I had to drive elsewhere to enjoy my food before it cooled down, which took away from the overall experience. Still, the prices were competitive, the service was efficient, and the mushroom Swiss burger alone is worth a return trip. Food was absolutely delicious and I ate as much as I could. Service was fantastic and I didn't feel pressured to order anything that I wasn't comfortable with.
