I tried A banana pudding flavor that was actually very good and I truly enjoyed the flavors. It was definitely giving southern banana pudding. But then I try to red velvet and it was very dry so I wasn't a fan of it at all. I would still say try it out because one review shouldn't make you say yay or nay entirely if the experience is up in the air. Service was pretty good and the location is very cute and clean and inviting. A friend of mine also ordered a few cupcakes and I can't remember the flavors but there was one that was dry for her as well and wasn't very tasty. But the other two she said we're pretty good so yes I would say still try this spot out to see which flavors you may enjoy.

The drums were crispy with a one of one batter; I have never tasted anything like that before. Crunch on the outside, seasoned through, not greasy, just right. The mac and cheese redefined vegan; creamy, flavorful, and comforting without trying to imitate anything. It stood on its own. The collard greens took me straight back home; tender, seasoned properly, and full of soul. I also tried the ribs; and they were so good they honestly do not even need promotion. This is not good for vegan. This is just good. If you are in the DC area and craving real comfort food done plant based; Dodah's Kitchen needs to be on your list.
