We have a very high energy hound who always came home exhausted. We used the doggy day care, the pet taxi, and the boarding services. Everyday our dog would start looking out the window and wagging his tail waiting to get picked up. The boarding services were also great. Because of our jobs, we had to do lots of last minute boarding and were always accommodated. Sometimes we had to ask for boarding services the day of, or leave town and not know what our exact return date was, but we were still always taken care of. We had nothing but positive experiences with Pack Leader Plus. Good prices, trustworthy people, and 100% reliable. I would absolutely recommend this business looking for someone to take care of their four legged friend.

I travel a ton for work and fun, and I honestly don't know what I would do without Bauserhaus. All I have to do is ask Boomer, "Do you want to go to Bauserhaus" and he comes running. He was terrified of the kennel we tried before Bauserhaus. The staff is more interested in taking good care of your dog than entertaining you at the front desk, and I'm just fine with that. The Sunday hours are so great for post-weekend pickups. I really can't rave about this place enough!

We checked out Kritter Kare's Howliday Inn and a few other places near us on a Tuesday and the dogs had to be boarded starting Wednesday. We choose to use the Howliday Inn and I'm glad we did. The facility is clean, modern and welcoming. The 3 staff members we interacted with with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is a large inside common area for the doggy day care and at least 3 outside play yards. I was shown two boarding areas and we were able to keep our 3 dogs together in one area which really seemed to help with any anxiousness they had about the new and unexpected situation. They were super accommodating to our needs of a very early drop off and a very late pick up due to the last-minute out of town travel. They communicated with me after the drop-off, providing updates and even pics on how the dogs were doing. The rates were fair/comparable and communicated up-front . The short story is the dogs were well taken care of and seemed to have a good time. I certainly recommend this business and will use it again if we need to board any or all of our dogs again. BTW - they also offer day sitting/playtime and additional services that can be performed while your dog is boarded such as grooming and nail care. It was a pleasant surprise to come home to a "welcome home" setup, complete with report cards on how the kids did, and a super thoughtful touch was her asking for a touch base to make sure we got home as planned and the pets didn't need any additional checks. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies last week, and after her drop-in, she left a sympathy card for us with the sweetest note. I never would've expected that and it was so touching. It's easy to see pets are her passion and I'm sure everyone else at Theuerkauf's is just as great, we've only just interacted with Lauren so far. Kelli was great with communication. I received a text confirming the appointment, and she even followed up to confirm which services I wanted because I had forgotten to fill out part of the form.
