Matt offered to come the next day and we declined as we had been told that Matt was on the way, not an employee. We felt misled. Matt agreed to return the bi-weekly fee we had paid. I am now 2 weeks and 5 days later, we have not been refunded and Matt does not return text messages. We are truly disappointed that it has all worked out this way. We have the photos but don't think it's appropriate to post "poop" photos.
