I am only reviewing general practice as we did not actually get to use the services. I booked a…read moretricks class after emailing them a week prior to confirm we were a good fit. I paid and we made arrangements to attend them all. I even changed a flight and made special nanny arrangements to not miss them. The day of the first class, a couple hours before, they called to tell me we were the only one registered and it would be canceled. I had the option to use it as two private sessions (we already have a private trainer) or for another month class, which doesn't work for me. This is pretty annoying since we scheduled our day (and month) around this class. And I was never warned this could happen.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Good Dog Enrichment and Training on the internet, and I honestly…read morecouldn't be happier with the results! I adopted a second dog last fall, and it quickly became apparent that she didn't have the best manners when encountering other dogs while out walking, and would instead become unruly and animated. Cait is a phenomenal trainer and has completely changed the quality of my dog walks immensely. She uses positive reinforcement and really has a way with animals. After just one private lesson, Dahlia is so much more manageable on walks around other dogs! I would definitely recommend for your dogs!

Extremely disappointed. They try and care for too many dogs without adequate supervision. My 18…read moreweek old puppy got an eye injury that incurred a $170 vet bill and the staff claimed they did not even notice it. How that happens is beyond me, all you had to do was look at his face. I would have been far more understanding had I received a phone call about the injury instead of being surprised. My puppy had to have been like that for a long time considering the eye swelling, drainage, and pawing at it. Then, hours later, when the owner contacted my husband she tried to pin the blame on "puppies will play" and blame us for accusing her staff as being inadequate. Very defensive and non-apologetic. I would much rather trust a larger, more established business than attempt to return here.

She was already watching our other dogs for our vacation and we were leaving the next morning. Heidi came over to meet the foster at 10 pm and was amazing with her. She is not an easy dog and Heidi was fantastic. The foster broke out of her kennel later in the trip and Heidi cooked her sausage and bacon and gave her peanut butter Kong's. Not to mention, Heidi is our go to person for our dogs every vacation we take. She sends daily updates with photos. This is the third time we've used her and I was completely at ease the entire trip as I knew all of my dogs were in the best of hands. The dogs adore Heidi so much and give her kisses when they see her. You can tell she truly loves what she does and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much, Heidi! We don't know what we'd do without you! Katie, Jon, Hampton, Moose, RJ and Charm.

My puppy had her first grooming here. Courtney was extremely kind and took the entire two hours…read morewith my puppy. I know she didn't expect to because I have a small dog. When I came to pick up Puppy, she wasn't finished. Unfortunately, Puppy heard my voice and got very distracted making it impossible for Courtney to really finish Puppy's head--the most important part! I was disappointed immediately because her ears had been trimmed in layers. I had communicated, I thought, that I wanted her ears to stay all one length. I guess I didn't. I'll say that was my bad. After I got my pup home, I found lots of grooming flaws/errors-not sure of the word. My pup is a poodle mix so she has weird hair, curlier in some spots than others but curly. There were lots of places it was not even. Not even her paws. Now that I'm writing the review I'm realizing how crummy it was. If my puppy wasn't so adorable, I would have been madder then. (This was about three months ago. I'm just now getting around to writing this.) Anyway, she didn't even have her nails trimmed, which was something I had really hoped she would do. Courtney did tell me I could bring her back the next week to finish her, but my pup gets car sick so I didn't want to bring her back. Plus, I was disappointed in what she'd already done.
