The doctor took the time to explain everything in detail -- what the procedure involved, what to expect, and the possible outcomes. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported. Our cat was ultimately diagnosed with a rare form of throat cancer that typically occurs in dogs. Despite the seriousness of her condition, the staff gave us hope and confidence that she still had a full, happy life ahead of her. The surgeon personally called us after the procedure to update us and reassure us that she was doing well -- which meant so much, especially since it was her first night ever away from us.
