Also cupping the was used and wanted to up charge me at checkout when that wasn't explained to me that their was an up charge for that service. I explained to desk person when she asked how everything went and I told her I was cut short 15 min. She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional.
