Honestly I was scared as I don't like being in tight confines but the sign said "loose 300 pounds in 30 minutes". My skin felt so nice afterwards really smooth. I moved onto the red light which is designed for cellulite and scars I believe. That was relaxing and I could have laid there longer. I was supposed to go to the massage chair next but someone else was on it so I decided to try out the hydro massage bed. You can target where you want to with this and it lasts for 20 minutes.
