I can't say spectacular, as for its thickness in materials, cannot wear it other than a base layer for cold days. This shirt has held up through, as wearing, washings, and drying's it still exists. I used to have one of their winter hats, that looked good, but again didn't stand up to the elements, Can you get deals here? Yes especially after Christmas. They have some nice long sleeve shirts, and also sweatshirts for those in the below 30 crowd. My relatives like them, and so off to here I go. The store can be fairly busy, and entitled customers don't like to put things back where they belong. To the credit of the employees, all are very nice and also efficient at checkout. As for my fashion taste, please take me with the proverbial grain of salt, because I'm bald, grey and older than their target audience. Their products seem to be of decent quality, and I think people with hair instead of glare, would find things they are looking for here.

But I walked out with two pairs, an awesomely ugly umbrella, and arch support gels, all for less than a hundred bucks. This is what happens when two shopaholics browse the clearance section. She got a hot pair of strappy evening heels, and I got two pairs of non-black closed-toe pumps to go with my growing collection of stockings at home. I had to will myself to not buy some of those peeptoe slingback heels. God bless the purple tag and red tag clearance items. I'll definitely be back to root through the back room again. Aggressive sales tactics to the point of harassment:…read more Went to this store today to return a pair of unworn shoes with a receipt. Encountered Tina at the register. She asked for my phone number to bring up my DSW awards account. I informed her that I did not have one. She then asked for my # anyway because it would just take a moment to create an account for me. I informed Tina that I didn't want to create an awards account and only wanted to return the shoes. At this point, Tina has decided that she is still going to harass me to get a DSW awards account. She asked me why didn't I want a rewards account. I inform her that I was not required to have a rewards account to return merchandise and that I was also not required to tell her why I did not want something and that my NO should be sufficient. Tina, who still has not returned my shoes, informs me that "No is not an answer". She was basically demanding to know why I was saying No to opening an awards account. Only after I informed her that I knew my rights and was aware that there is no store policy that I must have a rewards account to return merchandise did she process my return. She thrusts the receipt in my hand. I informed Tina that I would be filing a complaint against her but she didn't seem to care. I guess this is DSW's store policy now to harass & try to humiliate their customers into giving out their personal information, also known as PII. Good luck with that. Thank goodness this is the age of technology :)

Terrible alterations, terrible service, and zero accountability…read more Mohini ruined my wedding dress and then refused to make it right. First, I gave a budget of $500 and was sold a dress that cost nearly $1,000 while trusting staff to respect my budget. Red flag #1. The dress needed alterations to the chest and sleeves. What I received back looked unfinished, with visible white fabric, gaps in the beading, and obvious flaws in the design. Mohini's defense is that I signed a form authorizing alterations. That's absurd. Signing off on alterations is not signing off on shoddy workmanship. No reasonable customer expects a wedding dress alteration to leave exposed fabric and missing decorative details. The zipper disaster is what ultimately ruined my wedding. About a week before my ceremony, I took the dress out of the garment bag as instructed and discovered that although the dress fit, the zipper separated when zipped. I immediately called Mohini and was told to bring it in. I drove nearly two hours to the store the next day, only to find out nobody was available to repair it. Had I been told that on the phone, I would not have made the trip. At that point my wedding was only five days away. I had no choice but to leave the dress and return again. Mohini repaired the zipper and called me the following day, but I couldn't make it before closing. My fiancé eventually picked it up for me. When I tried it on the morning of my wedding ceremony, it no longer fit. The replacement zipper had made the bodice significantly smaller. The result? I couldn't wear my wedding dress. I had to wear a simple cotton dress for my ceremony, cancel my photographer, and wear a navy dress for my reception. After the wedding, I requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, management dodged me and argued in circles. They repeatedly insisted that "replacing a zipper wouldn't change the size of the dress." Whether it should have or not is irrelevant--the dress fit before their repair and didn't fit afterward. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. There are plenty of other bridal shops in the same mall. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.
