Spring roll
Alice L.

The food, service and clean, relaxing atmosphere made this Wednesday's lunch enjoyable! Everything arrived to the table piping hot and fresh. The spring roll was crunchy and delicious! The sweet curry puffs are a must-try. The savory panang curry chicken was also very good with a medium spice and hint of lemongrass. Excited to find a great Thai place!

Graduation luncheon. Lotus Thai has been in business for over 10 years with the same authentic dishes from Thai chef. We loved the lunch specials $11.99-$13.99. We had a great experience and enjoyed all the dishes. Highly recommended. The coffee and tea is so aromatic!!!!

Thai Ice Tea

Very nice food, service and vibe. Good Thai restaurant in the Pocono area. Would definitely go back. Thai iced teas are great.

Wow. This is great Thai food. I've lived in this area my whole life and I'm a little upset I haven't eaten here sooner. The food is delicious and authentic. I tried the wonton soup, drunken noodles with fried duck, Pra Pram and the Tom Kha soup. Everything was so good. I especially liked the drunken noodles with fried duck , the duck was cooked so perfect and it was tender. All the food was spiced perfect. All the dishes you can choose different proteins whether you want chicken , shrimp , or even tofu , and plenty of vegetarian options too. I will for sure be back to try other things, I would like to eat in the restaurant next time to experience their food presentations.

Duck Pad Thai

Had Lotus Thai last night ordered Door Dash. Food still was delivered hot, and the order was correct. With just the slight bit of heat. Super flavorful and really one dinner item enough for 2 ppl. The meal was a bit pricey I guess that's par for the course these days!

Massaman curry
Lee S.

Loved our meal last night at Lotus Thai. We got pretty traditional Thai dishes, but they were all excellent versions - pad Thai, ginger chicken, and chicken massaman curry. I'm not usually a fan of pad thai, but being one of my wife's favorites, have had many versions and this was one of the best. The staff here is extremely patient and friendly. With 3 kids, we're not always the easiest to wait on, but the team here was absolutely great. Also a bonus is that it's a BYOB and there is an liquor store 2 stores down. Looking forward to returning soon!

Mango Salad The Lovely Duck (Three Flavor Sauce)
Jesse S.

Mango Salad was not nearly authentic. Cubes of ripe mango as opposed to shredded green mango. 3 stars because the flavors of the Lovely duck were "lovely", however was drowned in sauce.

Tom yum noodle soup with chicken

Got it to go and the noodle soup held well. Was tasty and so filling. Steamed dumplings were good but would prefer eating them there due to drive home. But they had good flavor.

The Thai iced tea is amazing!

The food was good. Small restaurant, although there were tables available. Staff was friendly and didn't rush us.

We went for dinner, the four of us were craving Thai food…read more For starters: 2 orders of roti canai and tom yum Koong soup. The soup was good, it tasted like sinagang. The nice lemon sour taste. The roti canai was ok. It was not the best I have tasted. I couldn't really taste the curry. It was a little on the sweet side with a spicy kick. And the potatoes should be more cooked to bring out the starch. This would make the soup a little thick. They used white chicken meat. It would have been better if they used the chicken thighs. It would have made it more tasty! Their pancake is more like a pancake. It was a little small. I am more familiar with the Indian style pancake, big, thin, and crispy on the outside. And stretchy when you pulled it apart to take a piece. We ordered two BBQ beef and beef pad khing. The BBQ beef was very good. They came out with it on a hot cast iron square plate! They poured the BBQ sauce, and the sauce was sizzling! The portion was small for the price! I would have loved a little pepper flakes to give it a kick. But I am not the chef. The beef pad khing, was good. It would have been better if the beef were seared! We really didn't taste the ginger even though it was supposed to go have ginger. And I didn't see any scallions. But the taste was good. The crispy pan

Each dish was so flavorful and fresh. The duck was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and plated in a delicious curry. The drunken noddles came with chicken and shrimp, and were loaded with yummy veggies. The Mussaman Curry had lots of beef and veggies, and the curry sauce itself was so fragrant, flavorful, and rich. The Pla Rad Prik was similar to the duck in that it was crispy on the outside and very warm and tender on the inside. It came with a similar sauce to the duck, and was plated with beautiful vibrant veggies on top. The ambiance of Thai Kitchen is excellent. I was very impressed when i walked in by the cozy and warm, yet upscale decor. It has the vibe of a small, upscale thai restaurant that you could find in Manhattan. I would definitely come back and bring friends if I was showing them around the neighborhood. The service was similarly warm and upscale. We received each of our dishes quickly and with a friendly smile. This is DEFINITELY going to be my new go-to for thai in this area.

We were very excited to discover Malay nearby in Morristown, and we had to check it out. We ordered the Malay Prawn Mee, Chicken Sambal, and the Roti Canai. Roti Canai is one of my favorite Malaysian dishes, but this didn't quite hit the spot. The roti wasn't soft and dip-able. It was kind of flaky and kept falling apart every time I tried to use it to scoop up some curry. The curry was a little watery and not all that flavorful, and I defintiely would've appreciated more than just one or two chunks of potato and chicken. The chicken sambal and soup were additionally a bit disappointing. The chicken sambal was just okay for me, and the flavor didn't really blow me out of the water. It almost felt like something I could make at home. The soup similarly did not have a particularly rich or flavorful broth, and left me a little dissapointed. Another thing that really influences my review is how cold it was inside. It got even colder when people opened and closed the door. It was so cold that our food didn't seem hot. I think the cold air cooled it off instantly and we were left eating room temperature chicken and soup.
