Frank is funny, kind and was super helpful bringing both his expertise and listening skills to the table. We showed up with a few samples of what we wanted and Frank worked his magic on my friend's hair and beard. Ryan was very rude when asking how I wanted my haircut done, and he continued to complain about my thick hair and how it is hard to work with. My old barber quit which is why I was coming to this shop as an alternative. Ryan charged 36$ cash and made me use his ATM even though he has a card reader. Ryan took my fade to the absolute top of my head, made it so that my corners could not be filled anymore, thinned the everliving hell out of my hair, and made parts very uneven.
