Very courteous, professional and skilled. I arranged for a manicure for my mom and pedicure for my dad, both done by Jacqueline. She was very warm, polite and professional from start to finish. Williard Barber Shop is the real deal though. The shop is clean and bright with a TV in the waiting area. They are well-staffed so a long wait is rare and they are all friendly and professional. The attention to detail is great, I've never had a sloppy looking cut. Hot towel and a straight-edge shave on the back of the neck 100% of the time. I highly recommend Willard Barber Shop and will continue to get my hair cut here.

Because since I had last been at the Chantilly location about 2-3 yrs. ago it had increased. So, because I was need of a cut when I went in today. I assumed it would be $25 or under. I didn't ask how much it would just wanted to get it done. The stylist did a nice job, but when I checked out it was $46 and I said, "how much?" She replied, "$46, oh I guess I should've told you." The information on their website is wrong and they don't have prices posted in this location. Yes, I should've asked, but I feel scammed because no fees are posted and the stylist should've informed me of the cost!
