Frank is funny, kind and was super helpful bringing both his expertise and listening skills to the table. We showed up with a few samples of what we wanted and Frank worked his magic on my friend's hair and beard. I also was super annoying recording everything for TikTok (haha!) because, well, we wanted to make a funny video of the experience for our friends - and Frank was so fun to work with.
