If you're looking for a local winery with great wine, comfortable atmosphere, wooded setting, and family owned by locals - this is your place. The owner is a former Marine who has been on the land for years - and it is nice to support fellow veterans. The outdoor seating includes a patio with high top 2 seaters and groupings of Adirondack chairs and side tables. There was a large grassy area including picnic tables, some long tables under a canopy and sets of Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. Restrooms are port a potty access but they very clean! Onto the wines - They have a great bold Cab (perfect for me, dry and mildly oaky) and a delightful, light Chardonnay. While not normally a sweet wine fan, I really enjoyed a glass of chilled Triad (sweet red) on my deck this evening. They gave us a sample of a very young Dandelion wine. Citrus forward and unique - we will be back to try the bottled version. Wine slushies were for sale and a food truck was on location when we visited. The winery is very new to the area and I highly recommend checking them out.

    Cabernet with adorable label!

I may be slightly obsessed with this place. It's got quite the vibe. Food trucks, wine, live music, fire pits and friendly to your furry pups too. Also.....their wine doesn't give me any type of headache! Nicely filtered. And the labels are so cute! Yea I do choose my wine by the label and the taste...but first impressions ya know.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the wine. We stopped as part of the Cookie Cutter promotion

Wine price was outrageous. Not that impressed! We won't be back unless they lower their prices.

So glad that Gervasi got themselves a proper wine tasting room!…read more We went on a rainy Sunday, late afternoon and it was just us and one other couple. Got to spend a lot of time talking about the wines and the property. It has such a cool atmosphere. Would be a really neat place to hold a private event.

I was so excited for my mom slc her friends to experience the Wine Tasting Event for her 70th…read morebirthday. Many of my friends have visited and loved it, so I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately our party was not able to enjoy the Tasting Experience. The group was traveling through the snowstorm from Cleveland and admittingly were late. We acknowledge that. However, the person told us that perhaps we could use the tickets tomorrow(we appreciated his offer, but we have things already scheduled so we won't be able to go. I called this morning to inquire about additional days/times when our group might be able to return to use the tickets since it was a purchase of $250. Perhaps a credit or a gift card. Essentially this is what he offered last night. However, the young lady who answered the phone today simply read me their no-return policy. Of course, I read that policy when I purchased the tickets and understood it perfectly. However, due to the weather and a group of eight 70 year old women trying to get from Cleveland to Canton to celebrate, I would have thought the establishment would have been more customer friendly and at least provided a reasonable solution. They left Cleveland at 3:30 pm for a 6:30 pm reservation and were still late. That speaks to the weather and traffic. Since Gervasi/Cave it prides itself on its customer service, I expected more from them. I was not asking for a refund at all, just a way to use the month that I have already paid to this winery. The group did fine at the Crush House which was fine, however, due to the poor customer service and lack of compassion, I do not recommend. When I grew up in NE Ohio, every establishment always understood that horrible weather and went out of their way to try to accommodate people delayed because of it. I will be posting this review on all platforms available.
