OMG! It's like watching a pastry chef on tv but much better because he is live in front of you and explaining each amazing step in the delicious creation he is making just for you!

This vendor makes the best, unique foods!!! Had the shrimp banh mi sandwich and the mushroom milk toast, both very savory and delicious. When will they open up shop?!

Got this delicious concoction at the Mosaic District - artwork you can eat! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I stopped at this wonderful both at Sunday's Mosaic, an urban shopping center & farmer's market. Chef Stephan Richards created our beautiful meal, with wild mushrooms on toast with a delicate sauce with a touch of garlic. The dessert had rhubarb in it which took this to another level! He utilized tweezer tongs to create our delicious food with delicate precision!

    Freshly made!

This funky little pop up is pure gold! We check in on Lost Passport's special menu every Sunday at the Mosaic District Farmers Market and are often simply blown away by both the quality of the food and the innovative blends of flavors in the beautifully curated variety of dishes offered. Today we had the soft shell crab Banh Mi and it was absolutely exceptional! Starting with a base of perfectly baked bread starring a shatteringly crisp crust and a beautifully soft interior, it was topped with chicken liver pâté that simply exploded with a rich umami flavor. This was topped with a generously sized and perfectly fried soft shell, crisp and tangy pickled veggies and a sprinkling of cilantro. A bright and sharp vinaigrette tied all of the flavors together perfectly to create an exceptional brunch sandwich. Don't pass on the kimchi mushroom toast if it's on offer, either- it's incredible! The friendly and super detail oriented young chef, Stephan, is going places- I can't wait for him to open a restaurant one of these days, but until that happens, make sure to check out their farmers market offerings!

"Intermission" was because Chef Stephan wanted to ensure they cleaned everything to prevent cross-contamination for shellfish allergy guest

Tasty Mexican cold brew with assortment of spices. Part of weekend Mosaic farmer's market. Check website for location each weekend.

One of the best bites at the Mosaic farmers market! The mushroom toast is phenomenal, as is the shrimp bahn mi and kebab. A must try.

I don't even live close to it but try to get it as much as I can lol. All of the baristas are so friendly. Because I have been there so often they know me now and know my drink :) The shop inside is super cute and aethestic. They offer seasonal drinks and every one that I have tried was really good . I have tried almost all of their drinks and have nothing bad to say. The ingredients they use are high quality and you can taste it in the drinks. They offer matcha flights as well and whenever I walk in I see plenty of people enjoying them so I know it's a big hit. I will also say they go over the top for customer service. My two year old got a pastry on one of our visits and ended up having an allergic reaction. The owner was so sweet. He reached out to me via text and also provided all of the ingredients listed so that we could figure out what she reacted to. Great customer service and amazing drinks. I am definitely a regular here :)

I got the savory pie that was stuffed with an unctuous gumbo filling made with creole spices, the holy trinity (onions, peppers, and celery), and a generous portion of chicken. The pie pastry had a perfect flaky crumb that held the filling together. A friend had their breakfast sandwich, which had a rustic and delightful tang from the inclusion of sourdough in the biscuit batter that paired well with the thick slab of egg and crispy bacon. Incredibly savory items. I'm always gravitated towards how well a cafe can do a savory menu and this exceed my expectations. Friends I came in with who got their coffee said that it was very delicious, and the baristas can make a beautiful frothy and rich matcha latte. Its both parts technical skills to pull coffee or whisk matcha and sourcing of high-quality ingredients. Drinks make up a large part of any cafe, so to do it well here in this neighborhood cafe is exceptional. The baristas are running that place like a tight ship! Tip well!

Their biscuit sandwiches are good for the biscuits, if at the high side of what they should cost when compared to nearby competitors. Their coffee and teas are oddly so so, again it's a really rough coffee market in DC and this place maybe only struggled some because of the interest of the staff or their overall menu, haven't been enough to figure it out. I would likely swing by if I had to, but would avoid most of their drinks and probably focus on something small. They have fun designs for merch.

First things first, parking. The stores have a parking garage that requires you to pay within 15-20 minutes I believe. I met a friend at another restaurant that validated but even if they didn't. Prices were pretty reasonable. When I first entered, the place was bright, clean, pretty immaculate. Everyone was either working or conversing with friends at various tables. In line with a cafe vibe. It was my first time there so I wasn't aware that you can simply order at the kiosks by the entrance. But the server was very friendly and was happy to provide input on the menu. But since I wanted to peruse the menu a bit more, I figured the kiosk was the best way to check out other items on the menu besides the sandwich that I knew I wanted. I ordered the hibiscus lemonade and the bulgogi egg sandwich to go. The sandwich was flavorful, the eggs were fluffy, the bread was soft and the sauce brought everything together. I could see why it was one of their best selling items. The hibiscus lemonade was delicious as well, though I'm interested in trying other drinks on the menu such as their smoothies. All in all I would definitely return and probably end up getting the same sandwich.

I've had different kinds, the bulgogi and the lox and they were all amazing. I got to also try the BELT as well and as it's so simple I thought you really can't go wrong going down that path. The service was pretty much self serve, even down to the ordering. There's 3 tablets where you can just order your food, and after that they'll let you know when your order is up. There's plenty of parking (and they validate) and seating. Inside is an your usual industrial/modern type of cafe. Semicolon is great though for drinks and also the sandwiches, but I can definitely vouch for the sandos. If you're not here for that, then I would definitely recommend you to add that to the list.
