They are cooked to order and rolled in cinnamon sugar, served warm with a perfect light crunch on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. 1 box comes with 8 pieces. $8 includes a dipping sauce, and $10 includes a small Häagen-Dazs ice cream. They have a lot of options for dipping sauces. I like the classics - chocolate and lechera (condensed milk)! They are extremely friendly and efficient. The owner is incredibly friendly and willing to assist you with your purchase. I got a churro box, which includes 8 pieces for $8. You can also add ice cream to your churro box for $10. Then you pick your dipping sauce (chocolate, strawberry, caramel, or lechera/condensed milk). I opted for the caramel dipping sauce and it made the best combination with my churros. They're crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside... delicious and sweet! I had a couple and then saved some for later. He even shared his process with me, from how he monitors the oil temperature to prevent soggy churros, to his house-ground cinnamon sugar. You can really taste the care he puts into it. The true test? I drove 10 minutes home with my AC blasting, let them sit for another 30 minutes while I ate dinner, and they were still perfectly crispy.
