I forgot to take photos but the service and food were 5 stars! I ordered the chori pollo and it was really good! It was served with a really generous portion of veggies and was really filling! read more

Stopped here between customer meetings and going home and it was a great decision. The food was yummy and the service was quick and kind.

I was in the area and I looked on Apple Maps and filtered the Yelp results for Mexican Cuisine. I really enjoyed the surrounding country side and farms. The area looks like a place someone would love to retire in. I went for the highest rated Mexican restaurant in the area. I was surprised to see the outside of the building, it looked like an old gas station or house. The parking lot seemed full so it had to be good. I live in an area of Nashville where there is a plethora of good authentic Mexican and Central American cuisine. I still have an affinity for these kind of Tex-Mex places in most of the US. Upon entry I was greeted immediately and seated immediately. The menu did have a good selection of traditional tex Mex options. I opted for the Carne Asada with corn tortillas. The food came out very quickly and I enjoyed the meal. My only criticism was the tortillas were not hand made and also the beans seemed very light in color which is not to my liking. The best thing about this meal was the price! Very reasonable. I would eat here again if in the area. read more

Disappointing. Bland. Service marginal. We ordered a taco salad and combination relleno, burrito and enchilida. We won't be going back.

Went again on 4/21/26 me and co diner both for the Speedy Gonzales with Rhe same exact order everything was on point keep up the good work and I'll be back ! read more

Ok.......where I live there at 7 Mexican restaurants- none of them are "great".......this one is GREAT! We came here after a day on the lake and were pretty hungry- my husband order led the grande combo- it came on 4 plates! I ordered the chimichangas- both were Fabulous! Even the beans and rice- which is really saying something because normally those are bland sides. My husband just said this is the best Mexican food he's had in a long time! (And we go to Mexico all the time) don't judge a book by its cover- this is a great hole in the wall. See Tiffany- she will take great care of you- sorry but this picture is the aftermath read more

Los Rancheros - Mexican Near Me - Burns, Tennessee

This little spot in Burns is a hidden secret gem. I grabbed lunch here one day. The food came out pretty quick, but it was top notch! Better than I expected for a small town Mexican restaurant. The service was friendly and quick. The lunch prices were very reasonable. It was under $10 before drink for a lunch special. I will definitely be eating here again next time I'm in this area. read more

Very good atmosphere! Unique decorations. Staff were excellent. Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and eager to provide best service. All food was delicious. I had taco's with shredded beef. The beef was very good. The Cole slaw was a surprise, something you do not ordinarily see but was very good. My wife's had a taco and an enchilada. Both were very good. Portions were large you are not going to go away hungry. Beans were served with the chips and salsa. A nice unique touch. Highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Carnitas street tacos were amazing. They put them on the flat top and crisp them up they way they should be!

This hidden gem is the best Mexican in the Dickson area. The cooks at Los Rancheros care about the quality of what they're cooking up and it shows. Also noteworthy is the sheer amount of food for the price, which pushes this reviewer to give it 5 stars. I'll definitely be returning. Gracias y hasta luego Rancheros. read more

This is our regular stop for great Mexican food. While there are 3 other places in town, this one is small and out of the way but usually packed. We've had most items on the menu but the Carnitas are the best we've had. Combine the great food with a warm, welcoming staff makes this top notch. read more

We are from California visiting family in Burns. My sister and brother in law took us to Los Rancheros twice during our stay and we couldn't have been more impressed with the food, beverages (the mango margaritas -yummy) and the wonderful service. I can't say enough about how terrific the food is! We are looking forward to our next visit to eat at this originally wonderful gem of a restaurant! Lo mejor de Tennessee! read more

We love Mexican food but so many local restaurants seem afraid to season their dishes as we'd like. This place is different. We always order guacamole casero when we visit a new (to us) restaurant and are often disappointed. Not here! Theirs is excellent! Perfectly seasoned with some heat but not too much. We ordered the chimi and fajitas. Just great. If you enjoy good food, don't miss this little gem. read more

I love Mexican food and I eat it everywhere I go. The food at Los Rancheros did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and authentic. The service was great! The place may not look like much but it's the really deal. Definitely worth stopping. read more

Ate lunch here this past weekend. It was pretty good, flavorful, and they're not afraid of using seasonings. There is a Mexican restaurant closer to my home that is so bland, just no flavor at all. We will drive the add'l distance to Los Rancheros going forward. Service was attentive also. Update: We've been here 3 times so far for weekend lunch. The last 2 times I ordered the beef lunch fajitas. Guys, you know how fajitas usually sound & look better than they actually taste? Well at Los Rancheros, it not only sounds & looks good but the fajitas really taste good!! read more

This is some great food right in the heart of Burns TN USA. Great service and good drinks. Right across the street from DG. Try it!

If you're wanting your "Mexican restaurant" that most towns around Tennessee have but this one is even better. Their staff is very attentive, especially Tiffany, she is a doll. The food has been fantastic every time we have been in. No complaints. read more

The best Mexican food between Nashville and the Tennessee River. Every time. Service is quick and cheerful. We are regulars there and it never disappoints. read more

I love authentic Mexican food do not get me wrong, but the food here was just awful in pure honesty, I ordered the texano fajita plate and the meat was cold and old, I told the waiter and I will say he was very nice about it and took it off my bill, but only rating the food alone I will give it 1 star. read more

We had tried this place a few times and the food that we normally get is really good but at some point I would like to try some of the other dinners. They stay busy most of the time. The drinks look really good but I have not got to really try them. I would recommend trying this place it will not be a disappointment. I would give it a 3 and a half for now. read more

Best Mexican food in the area. Food is so good. Salsa could be a little hotter. Love the waitress.
