And told me they charge extra for something that is included in the menu item! Plus they got my order wrong and did nothing to rectify it. They have lost a customer and a good review over $2. Awful service!! Ordered food walked to and from restaurant only to get home and find that they had left out the main part of my order. Called and was told by "Brian" to walk back up or "Just eat the chips". When I walked back to pick up the rest of my order, they didn't have it ready, even though it had taken 27 minutes to walk there. There are tons and tons and tons of things to try here. Also they have some unique things (at least unique for this kind of place) such as authentic Mexican tacos al pastor. Hubby got the Discada Nortena and it came with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, rice, and beans. It tasted really good all mixed together on a tortilla chip. Heard amazing things about this restaurant but when me and my boyfriend tried it our chicken was burnt and my boyfriend received the wrong type of nachos and we were over charged severally but no one else was in the restaurant so tickets didn't get mixed up. Terrible. Tamales had no flavor and mostly masa. Wife's chicken quesadilla had no seasoning in the chicken. Don't eat here.

As someone who eats here at least once a month and chooses this Mexican restaurant over the other 10 in Dickson, I can not believe the level of terrible customer service I received here tonight. We placed an order for crunchy beef tacos to go, repeated the order twice, and still ended up with the wrong order. When I called back, the guy told me that we got what we ordered "soft shell steak tacos". He agreed to give me a refund for the difference and to bring back what I received to swap it out. When I drove back to the restaurant he didn't have fresh rice and beans in the bag. When I asked for him to remake those because the initial ones were now cold, he said, "Do you not have a microwave?" After I explained to him this was his responsibility because he messed up, he then said, "This is the first and last time I'll do this for you." I asked him why he was angry for incorrectly placing our order, he let me know he wasn't going to argue with me. I took my new tacos, my sides I assume they microwaved, and left. When I got home and unboxed the food I discovered they had given me the incorrect amount of tacos. This was overall a completely pathetic experience. read more

I have found a place worth the trip from the highway. Or on the way to Clarksville. The salsa and chips are just right. I kind of want to go back while writing this review. I had a meal that had 5 meats made into a fajita style. Great taste. Next trip to Nashville we are going here. Restaurant is decorated great and they really made it look nice. Bathrooms are decorated with as much attention an detail as the restaurant. They did not cheep out on the bathrooms. Only down side is the rounded door handle and faucets. read more

I fell in love with this place the first time my husband and I ate here, unfortunately it's gone slowly down hill since then. Today I was in Dickson and decided to pop in for a refreshing taco salad. What I got was taco soup in a salad bowl. When I told the waitress that it was way too soupy, she replied "yes it is, would you like a spoon?" I just told her no and she walked away. I took a bite...flavorless beef, no spices and just plain awful. After about 10 minutes of avoiding me, I waved her over and told her the "salad" was just horrible. She said she's sorry, and said that "yeah, they do suck. I don't like them either". What the heck! They didn't charge me for the "salad" but my beer abs my small dish of guacamole came up to $9.00 and change. Needless to say...I'm done. Not going back there again. read more

Tried this joint last night and was quite pleasantly surprised. Chips were just so-so, but the salsa was outstanding! The chimichangas were filled with tender shreds of beef. The rice was pretty typical, but the beans were really flavorful. The entree was served with a side of shredded lettuce topped with a blob of guacamole a dollop of crema and a bit of a really good pico de gallo. This a great restaurant that my wife and I frequently dine at. The staff is very friendly, and there is a nice patio if you want to eat outside. The service here is always top notch and the food generally comes out very quickly. My only complaint would be that the food, while generally very tasty, is a little on the bland side. I generally ramp things up by getting a dish with chorizo or subbing chorizo in place of chicken or beef. I definitely recommend the pablano and chorizo quesadilla. read more

This was the worst experience at a Mexican Restaurant. No wonder the place is always empty. Yes, there are a lot of cars in front, but that is just the workers and their kids hanging out. We couldn't understand our server, he didn't speak English well. We ordered and it took him about ten minutes to bring our food but, he didn't bring our children's food with him. He told us at that time that they were out of what we ordered for our children. So, we ordered something else for them, this was very irritating. For the adults to have food & not the children. Our food was absolutely BLAND! Gross, disgusting and not fit for human consumption! It tasted like it had been made days earlier & then simply thrown in the oven to heat it up! Nasty!! So, he never came back to ask us how it was. Only to clear the full plates and then bring the children their desert.....and that was at least 15 minutes after he cleared our table. They over-charged and we called them on it. They asked how everything was at the register, my husband said that it was disgusting. The guy laughed!! My husband said "No, really. It was disgusting my wife didn't even eat it". The guy just smiled took our money and that was it. Also, the bathrooms are sickenly filthy, I wish that I would have ventured in before ordering. Bottom line is DO NOT eat at this filthy place... I will be contacting the Health Department. One thing about this place that made us smile...... On the receipt it states: "Gratitude not Included"!!!! What a bunch of morons! When we saw that we looked at each other & said "ahhh, that explains it all"!! read more
