Some Colombian restaurants rent in places where the lease is absorbed by the paying customer in the charge of food- this is simply not the case here This restaurant is a staple of the area and don't be surprised to walk in and hear patrons greet the staff as if they were regulars because they most certainly are familiar faces I ordered a bone broth to start with grilled steak and rice entrée and finished with a cup of coffee that was brewed to perfection This is the kind of place you go for quality food in a cozy environment Parking is somewhat limited out front, which adds to the exclusivity of it unless you're in a walking distance While I was there, I also noticed a multitude of Mobile dining orders, which lets you know plenty of people want with this place has to offer and after having eaten here today, I can completely see why: great food great staff amazing price points

The girl that answered was super friendly and told me they could have them ready for the time I ordered, which was great!! I got to the location for my pick up and the whole parking situation was a mess. I had to park a bit far, which was more of an inconvenience than an actual problem. Once in there, I went to the counter where there were 3 ladies working. I'm literally in front of them and about 4 minutes went by before any of them even acknowledged my presence. I'm the one that finally spoke up and said "buenas tardes" and they acted as if I had just miraculously appeared in front of them. I find this absolutely shocking, as most Colombian restaurants are so welcoming and polite. I ask for my order and they tell me to wait a moment. About another 5 minutes go by and they bring out my order horribly covered with some aluminum foil. In the car I grabbed an empanada to have a taste and it is all burned inside and out. When I got to my gathering I removed the aluminum foil and about 10 empanadas were in the same badly burned condition. These empanadas cost a little over $2 a piece! I paid $90+!! I understand Saturday was the Colombia game and they must have been swamped, but if you can't provide quality product, don't overwhelm yourself by taking on more than your kitchen can handle. The oil must not have been the right temperature cause the empanadas were extremely greasy. Luckily we were able to place them on some paper towels to soak up the grease and most of them were consumed. Everyone said that the taste was decent, but they were definitely over fried. I have no idea what their food and service is if you dine in, however I highly recommend not ordering out. There's much better Colombian places.

I guess he took that as an opportunity to introduce me to Venezuelan food that maybe isn't as popular to non-Venezualans. I'd never heard of a "pepito" or "guasacaca" sauce or a lot of things on the menu. But, with a fun name like "Pepitolandia", I was game. I had the Full Parilla & it was glorious!! The portion was pretty large for the price. It was freshly cooked. And, it was similar to something I'd throw together myself using left overs from a bbq or grill party. I can see why this place is open late - this is perfect late night food. The Full Parilla brings chicken & steak mixed, an egg, avocado slices, & cheese. I added a portion of chorizo (not like Spanish chorizo, though - more like sausage, but still good). No frills - just food. The taste was good, about what you'd expect. I don't know enough about Venezuelan cuisine to classify this as street food, comfort food, or something along those lines. But the strength is definitely in the portion & the fact that it's freshly cooked. The place is clean. Service was helpful (made sure to clarify what the meal included, that the chorizo would be an extra charge, listed all the drink options, etc.) Definitely recommend for you hungry Yelpers. I read on the Yelp reviews that there can be a long wait. We went on a Monday at 1pm, & there was little to no wait time.
