The food at this Mexican restaurant is very good, but unfortunately the service has gone downhill…read more You seat yourself, then wait 10-15 minutes before anyone comes by to ask for drinks. After ordering, it often takes another 10 minutes just to receive them. Appetizers usually arrive at the same time as the main meal, which defeats the purpose of ordering them in the first place. The chips are hard and overly thick, making them difficult to enjoy. The queso is decent, but it contains large chunks of tomatoes and peppers that seem to take up more space than the queso itself. We've been coming here for over seven years, but ever since the two sisters--the owners' daughters--stopped working here, the service has steadily declined. If it weren't for how good the food is, we likely wouldn't keep coming back. What's frustrating is that there always seems to be plenty of staff on the floor, yet customers are still left waiting. Ironically, the bus staff cleans tables quickly as soon as they're empty--if only the waitstaff were just as quick to greet tables and check on guests. If management tightened up the front-of-house service, this place could easily be one of the top restaurants to recommend. As it stands, the food carries the experience, not the service.

The chorizo and egg burritos were very good. The green salsa is very hot, and goes well with chorizo and eggs. The order process is quick and easy as you drive thru ordering / pickup on opposite sides of the building. Two large fantastic breakfast burritos for right around $7.00. This is a drive through restaurant that is extremely busy. You pull in and order at one window,…read moredrive around the building to pay and collect food at the other. There was also a place to walk up and order, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you park at the business next door due to the volume of cars in the parking lot. The wait for 4 breakfast burritos was long and took about 15 mins. They have a good green salsa, I didn't try the red. The burritos are average. Reading other reviews I thought I was in for something fantastic. My main complaint is that all of the burritos barely had meat. They were basically all eggs and a light sprinkle of cheese I paid extra for. Between two burritos there was not even a full slice of bacon. The other two were different meats but also had barely any in it. For as long as we waited I expected everything to be piping hot, like steam coming out of it when I opened it. It wasn't. It was barely warm so I guess I was waiting for the people ahead of me. Also the burritos we had didn't have that crisp straight off the griddle taste with the tortilla. These tortillas were borderline soggy. The food tastes good but the lack of meat combined with the wait is a deal breaker for me. I won't return.
