They then offered to push my pickup time back 3 hours and "try" to have it ready by then or give me a 7" cake and a 9" cake instead. After they messed up and didn't provide what I ordered in the first place, it's safe to say I didn't have much faith left in either of the alternatives they offered nor their word. I opted for a third option, my money back. This cake was supposed to be for a 96 year old grandmother's birthday and her friends. But never mind that, there's always next year, right?
